Furniture Confusing notification system. Part of order was on back order so we cancelled, notifications showed total order and cost. Furniture was shipped on a truck without a lift gate. Tried to change delivery address to husbands work and would have been charged an up charge. Luckily (?) road was flooded, so UPS wanted to deliver elsewhere so delivered to work with a loading dock. Furniture is great.

Returns I wish I had looked more closely at their return policy. The items cannot be returned if package is open, not in original packaging, etc and they charge a restocking fee. The item I purchased was a Christmas gift and was not what they specifically wanted. Now the gift can't be returned. Partly my fault for not checking the return policy but most companies have decent return policies especially for gifts. Won't shop here again.

Bad workmanship I bought a recliner from FlatFair and was happy with it until I saw the stuffing sticking out of the footrest. Ashley Furn. was the manufacturer of the chair. Apparently the material that should go over the stuffing is too short. I e-mailed them, sent pictures and kept in contact with them. FlatFair ending up sending me a piece of foam instead of a longer material sleeve. The customer service was courteous and tried to help, sure wouldn't buy from them again.

Great customer service, exceptional prices on big name brand furniture. I ordered an Ashley Furniture sectional & dining table set from FlatFair. This was my first time ordering furniture online, sight-unseen and I was a bit nervous. Due to delay on the part of the manufacturer, my sofa was back-ordered for quite some time. Flat-fair customer service was wonderful, always very responsive and kept me updated with every new development. I am so happy that I decided to wait it out, my new sofa & table are perfect!

Horrible flatfair.com!!! On October 23, 2018 my husband ordered 6,000 dollars furnitures from flatfair.com. The customer service was excellent when we placed those orders. However, we found one side table missing parts. We tried several times to contact customer service. Now it has been three weeks. Still no answer. Absolutely, terrible horrible customer service!!! Never buy furniture from flatfair.com
