FlatFair is NOT an Honest Seller FlatFair will advertise one price on their website, and after you pay, they cancelled my order and re-billed me a higher price. They then tried to tell me I had to either pay a restocking fee to cancel the order. They didn't even try to help me. Any reputable other company would have stood behind the price they listed. Their customer service gives you 1000 excuses about their business practices, and offers no solutions. They even told me, "they no longer advertise nationally and are focusing on the local market". That's because you rip people off! I called my Credit Card Company and issues a stop payment on the order. Unbelievable.

Very unprofessional "customer service" After calling all morning, someone finally answered the phone with "Hello?" I then confirmed with this person that I had called Flatfair and asked her to make a correction on my shipping address for an order that had not yet shipped, according to their website. I hope I get my order. I am not at all confident that I will. should have ordered with my local furniture store - with shipping it would have cost about the same. UPDATE - I was NOT contacted about a delivery appointment AND I'm still trying to get my zip code corrected. My order still shows "processing" after thirteen days and the zip code has not been changed.

Horrible flatfair.com!!! On October 23, 2018 my husband ordered 6,000 dollars furnitures from flatfair.com. The customer service was excellent when we placed those orders. However, we found one side table missing parts. We tried several times to contact customer service. Now it has been three weeks. Still no answer. Absolutely, terrible horrible customer service!!! Never buy furniture from flatfair.com

Similar to other sites I haven't bought anything from FlatFair, but they emailed me asking for a review. I saved a headboard to a wishlist and reviewed their bed collection extensively. I am very determined when I want to buy new furniture so I probably looked online and in a few local stores for a month before deciding. I found Flatfare's products and prices to be pretty similar to other sites, so I'd only consider buying a piece from them in the future if they had something uniquely sold here, or a really good deal.

Never Again!! Never Again!!! I cant believe this Co. is allowed to stay in Business. purchased a bed for my granddaughter for Christmas . Have yet to received it and no call from customer service after several attempts. will have to resort to legal action if they don't contact me soon. unbelievable!!! that these Companies can stay in Business. NEVER AGAIN
