GBPathetic Company always on the… Pathetic Company always on the landlords side when i have added proof to my end of tenancy deposit scheme Would give 0 Stars if possible for the pair of them I will be taking this to citizen advice + Solicitor to deal with them Avoid this company like the plague, i will leave the same review i have left Sowerby's here because they team up to destroy peoples future and potentially chances of getting another property + Credit Sowerbys and Flatfair well what can i say, They do not look after their Tennants who have been with them for years without fail on rent and they will not get any problems fixed in a property you live in just email the landlords and make you live in a house with Mould and Damp and when the heating packs in due to cowboy Boiler Man they will try and say you have run the boiler low even though you have just got oil for the tank Please see attached photos and proof of how they treat their Customers/Tennants The Property i moved in at 72 The Street, Felthorpe as you can see on the Inventory there was damp and mould in the house on arrival and now they are trying to charge me £1600 to cover Loads of random Costs ! GBDefective product, no customer service, no trust Do not trust this store. The reviews online are completely correct, and I regret going against my instinct. Product received was damaged and defective. Wood table leg edges were damaged. Paint was scratched off. Absolutely did not look like a new product! To top that off, no customer service response whatsoever. Claims that customer must refuse item at delivery. Simply horrible. Do not trust this store!

GBVery unprofessional "customer service" After calling all morning, someone finally answered the phone with "Hello?" I then confirmed with this person that I had called Flatfair and asked her to make a correction on my shipping address for an order that had not yet shipped, according to their website. I hope I get my order. I am not at all confident that I will. should have ordered with my local furniture store - with shipping it would have cost about the same. UPDATE - I was NOT contacted about a delivery appointment AND I'm still trying to get my zip code corrected. My order still shows "processing" after thirteen days and the zip code has not been changed.

GBFurniture Confusing notification system. Part of order was on back order so we cancelled, notifications showed total order and cost. Furniture was shipped on a truck without a lift gate. Tried to change delivery address to husbands work and would have been charged an up charge. Luckily (?) road was flooded, so UPS wanted to deliver elsewhere so delivered to work with a loading dock. Furniture is great.

GBDon't shop here. Purchased furniture items on the website which don't actually exist. No one answers the phone when calling customer service and when I did get an email saying the items were no longer available they wouldn't refund my $1000 unless I sent a written request. The person on the phone hardly spoke English and was oviously outside of the country. They also demanded copies of my utility bills which I have no idea why an ecommerce company would need to see my utility bills after my credit card was already charged and funds deducted. Seems like a phony company to me. I hope my credit card company can refund me my $1000.
