GBPathetic Company always on the… Pathetic Company always on the landlords side when i have added proof to my end of tenancy deposit scheme Would give 0 Stars if possible for the pair of them I will be taking this to citizen advice + Solicitor to deal with them Avoid this company like the plague, i will leave the same review i have left Sowerby's here because they team up to destroy peoples future and potentially chances of getting another property + Credit Sowerbys and Flatfair well what can i say, They do not look after their Tennants who have been with them for years without fail on rent and they will not get any problems fixed in a property you live in just email the landlords and make you live in a house with Mould and Damp and when the heating packs in due to cowboy Boiler Man they will try and say you have run the boiler low even though you have just got oil for the tank Please see attached photos and proof of how they treat their Customers/Tennants The Property i moved in at 72 The Street, Felthorpe as you can see on the Inventory there was damp and mould in the house on arrival and now they are trying to charge me £1600 to cover Loads of random Costs ! USHorrible flatfair.com!!! On October 23, 2018 my husband ordered 6,000 dollars furnitures from flatfair.com. The customer service was excellent when we placed those orders. However, we found one side table missing parts. We tried several times to contact customer service. Now it has been three weeks. Still no answer. Absolutely, terrible horrible customer service!!! Never buy furniture from flatfair.com

USFlatFair is NOT an Honest Seller FlatFair will advertise one price on their website, and after you pay, they cancelled my order and re-billed me a higher price. They then tried to tell me I had to either pay a restocking fee to cancel the order. They didn't even try to help me. Any reputable other company would have stood behind the price they listed. Their customer service gives you 1000 excuses about their business practices, and offers no solutions. They even told me, "they no longer advertise nationally and are focusing on the local market". That's because you rip people off! I called my Credit Card Company and issues a stop payment on the order. Unbelievable.

USNever Again!! Never Again!!! I cant believe this Co. is allowed to stay in Business. purchased a bed for my granddaughter for Christmas . Have yet to received it and no call from customer service after several attempts. will have to resort to legal action if they don't contact me soon. unbelievable!!! that these Companies can stay in Business. NEVER AGAIN

USCome on... Well, first off I paid for my item, and a month later got notice they didn't have it. I am an understanding person, but was frustrated by that. Instead of woeing me, the representative Ester kept pushing back with frustration herself. Look, Im the customer. not you. Your responsibility is to KEEP my business, not push me away to NEVER use your business again. I am NEVER one to write bad reviews but this person is just BAD FOR BUSINESS.
