GBReturns I wish I had looked more closely at their return policy. The items cannot be returned if package is open, not in original packaging, etc and they charge a restocking fee. The item I purchased was a Christmas gift and was not what they specifically wanted. Now the gift can't be returned. Partly my fault for not checking the return policy but most companies have decent return policies especially for gifts. Won't shop here again.

GBFurniture Confusing notification system. Part of order was on back order so we cancelled, notifications showed total order and cost. Furniture was shipped on a truck without a lift gate. Tried to change delivery address to husbands work and would have been charged an up charge. Luckily (?) road was flooded, so UPS wanted to deliver elsewhere so delivered to work with a loading dock. Furniture is great.

GBOnce prompted about shipment, item was immediately delivered. Great Prices. After a week, hadn't heard anything about shipment. Queried them as to when delivery would occur. Received a rapid reply and shipment arrived in 2 days. If I didn't feel compelled to prompt them about delivery in the first place, rating would have been 5 stars.

GBNon-existent customer service Order for table placed last week with request for assembly. No response thus far on the order. Several phone messages left with request for call back. Calls to customer service number posted on Flat fair website are not answered.

GBHorrible flatfair.com!!! On October 23, 2018 my husband ordered 6,000 dollars furnitures from flatfair.com. The customer service was excellent when we placed those orders. However, we found one side table missing parts. We tried several times to contact customer service. Now it has been three weeks. Still no answer. Absolutely, terrible horrible customer service!!! Never buy furniture from flatfair.com
