Once prompted about shipment, item was immediately delivered. Great Prices. After a week, hadn't heard anything about shipment. Queried them as to when delivery would occur. Received a rapid reply and shipment arrived in 2 days. If I didn't feel compelled to prompt them about delivery in the first place, rating would have been 5 stars.

Pathetic Company always on the… Pathetic Company always on the landlords side when i have added proof to my end of tenancy deposit scheme Would give 0 Stars if possible for the pair of them I will be taking this to citizen advice + Solicitor to deal with them Avoid this company like the plague, i will leave the same review i have left Sowerby's here because they team up to destroy peoples future and potentially chances of getting another property + Credit Sowerbys and Flatfair well what can i say, They do not look after their Tennants who have been with them for years without fail on rent and they will not get any problems fixed in a property you live in just email the landlords and make you live in a house with Mould and Damp and when the heating packs in due to cowboy Boiler Man they will try and say you have run the boiler low even though you have just got oil for the tank Please see attached photos and proof of how they treat their Customers/Tennants The Property i moved in at 72 The Street, Felthorpe as you can see on the Inventory there was damp and mould in the house on arrival and now they are trying to charge me £1600 to cover Loads of random Costs ! Non-existent customer service Order for table placed last week with request for assembly. No response thus far on the order. Several phone messages left with request for call back. Calls to customer service number posted on Flat fair website are not answered.

It's actually SOLID wood I was doing my online research for bunk beds. I had never heard of Flatfair and was a little skeptical. Turns out. It is everything advertised. Solid wood, solid construction, a very well built bed. Same quality bed that would cost at least double in a retail store. I amber happy with my purchase.

Come on... Well, first off I paid for my item, and a month later got notice they didn't have it. I am an understanding person, but was frustrated by that. Instead of woeing me, the representative Ester kept pushing back with frustration herself. Look, Im the customer. not you. Your responsibility is to KEEP my business, not push me away to NEVER use your business again. I am NEVER one to write bad reviews but this person is just BAD FOR BUSINESS.
