All of our suppliers have only 1 distributor in the United States. So, we deal with same individuals at these distributors that the Big Box retailers do. shipping challenges Vanity ordered was great and arrived safe. In fact was impressed with quality for the price. Issue was amount of time it took with no expected delivery date and none of the dates for showing up on tracking, to eventual stated arrival being met. Shipping company jumped through hoops but Modern Bathouse Folks seemed to be tripping over each other with different info coming from different people. Was told the issue was at the manufacturer so may be different depending on what is ordered.

Great pricing, but very sub-par communication I found a great deal on the vanity I wanted but struggled to find information about when it would ship, how it would ship, etc. I had to specifically reach out to customer service with this information. The item took a LONG time to even ship out - I understand when large items take a long time in transit, but the fact that it didn't even ship out for over 2 weeks after the order was placed seemed lengthy. Also, I received a call from a delivery driver when he was "15 minutes away" with my delivery. I had never been contacted initially to schedule delivery and was not even home to accept the item since I had no warning of the shipment. I asked that I be contacted for a reschedule and that has not happened yet. I still don't have my item, and am hoping that someone will reach out to find a time to deliver it when I'll actually be home!

Went above and beyond! We were really pleased with the service we received from Modern Bath House. Our contact was Monique and she was exceptional. She helped us with all our requests: she was able to find a vanity that wasn't listed; she helped us adjust our shipping date to coincide with our construction date and best of all she gave us great pricing on all our vanities. She was quick with her responses and never kept us waiting. I highly recommend Modern Bath House and will definitely use them again. Keep up the great customer service!

Took payment but no delivery and service number that only takes messages Why do these people have a service number that answers with "We cannot take your call at this time"? How is this service? I ordered a vanity on 16 Oct 17 and it is now 6 Nov 17 with no sign of the vanity. They took the money immediately and there has been no communication since. I am very concerned at the lack of communication and of delivery. Am I ever going to receive the vanity? How can I know because there is no way to ask.

Still have NOT received vanity This is sad. I get the request for feedback on your customer service BEFORE I receive the actual product I ordered (order #1524). When I called to get a status update two weeks ago, I was just told to track the shipment with the CEVA tracking # you sent me (OV76778387). I've been checking and it finally arrived in Louisville on December 19th. Your customer service rep said some other person (I guess from CEVA) would call me within 24 hours after shipment arrived. It's 12/26 and STILL no phone call. Bottom line: There has been no ACTUAL, helpful service of any kind at all. However, your rating system doesn't allow to post a "zero star" rating. If anyone actually reads and vets these reviews and claims to care, then the obvious next step for that person to get this to someone of authority that WILL resolve (not "try" to resolve) my issue immediately. The only thing that will resolve my issue to my satisfaction is to get my vanity as soon as possible. Ideally, today. Please advise.
