Responsive and helpful We ordered our kids' bathroom vanity here. Very nice piece, easy to maintain. We had some work done by a contractor in the bathroom and they damaged it so that the drawers no longer slid smoothly and the soft-close feature was compromised. We ordered a new drawer and rails to repair them (contractor paid). The customer service people were super helpful in trouble shooting the problem and getting us the exact replacement parts we needed from the manufacturer. This company will stick by their sale!

mostly good but website not there Thought the service department was great. Communicated often and provided updates. Main issue was 1) the website showed item in stock (which is why I ordered it) but it was on back order 2 weeks, 2) the website would not let me apply the promotion they were running for the item I select, service dept went ahead and had it applied after the order was placed.

Mistakenly, we waited to order unti … Mistakenly, we waited to order until the Black Friday weekend. Originally our order of two full vanity sets could not be completed and I was disappointed, but then we got good news. Virtu found the sets. We shipped! Bad news was the shipper (CEVA) had technical problems and we had to hold our breath. They couldn't track the order. Fortunately, both sets just arrived in perfect order. Modern Bath House staff were responsive and terrific and tried hard to make this like ordering from Zappos. Ha! It's complicated and we're delighted.

Their lack of communication is … Their lack of communication is unacceptable.I placed my order at the end of May and the only information I have received is when I make numerous phone call and someone finally calls me back to this date I still have no idea were or when I will receive my order. If I don't hear anything by the end of the week I will be canceling my order.

Still have NOT received vanity This is sad. I get the request for feedback on your customer service BEFORE I receive the actual product I ordered (order #1524). When I called to get a status update two weeks ago, I was just told to track the shipment with the CEVA tracking # you sent me (OV76778387). I've been checking and it finally arrived in Louisville on December 19th. Your customer service rep said some other person (I guess from CEVA) would call me within 24 hours after shipment arrived. It's 12/26 and STILL no phone call. Bottom line: There has been no ACTUAL, helpful service of any kind at all. However, your rating system doesn't allow to post a "zero star" rating. If anyone actually reads and vets these reviews and claims to care, then the obvious next step for that person to get this to someone of authority that WILL resolve (not "try" to resolve) my issue immediately. The only thing that will resolve my issue to my satisfaction is to get my vanity as soon as possible. Ideally, today. Please advise.
