GBThe product was damaged when we … The product was damaged when we received it, but the customer service was good. They refunded my purchase for the damaged and sent me new parts for the other vanity that was damaged within 4 weeks. Overall the customer service is very good.

GBResponsive and helpful We ordered our kids' bathroom vanity here. Very nice piece, easy to maintain. We had some work done by a contractor in the bathroom and they damaged it so that the drawers no longer slid smoothly and the soft-close feature was compromised. We ordered a new drawer and rails to repair them (contractor paid). The customer service people were super helpful in trouble shooting the problem and getting us the exact replacement parts we needed from the manufacturer. This company will stick by their sale!

GBGreat pricing, but very sub-par communication I found a great deal on the vanity I wanted but struggled to find information about when it would ship, how it would ship, etc. I had to specifically reach out to customer service with this information. The item took a LONG time to even ship out - I understand when large items take a long time in transit, but the fact that it didn't even ship out for over 2 weeks after the order was placed seemed lengthy. Also, I received a call from a delivery driver when he was "15 minutes away" with my delivery. I had never been contacted initially to schedule delivery and was not even home to accept the item since I had no warning of the shipment. I asked that I be contacted for a reschedule and that has not happened yet. I still don't have my item, and am hoping that someone will reach out to find a time to deliver it when I'll actually be home!

GBHad to send a vanity back Had to send a vanity back. Then waited for new one, which also had problems. Fixed those problems myself, vice having to go through the same too long process to get a replacement vanity. Quality of merch is poor overall.
