GBEXCELLENT customer service EXCELLENT customer service! They answer emails almost immediately and do everything in the power to make things perfect. I had to contact them at least twice due to errors on my part and again when a shipment arrived with some damage. But they fixed my errors with no questions and are sending a replacement for the damaged item. I would have no hesitation in ordering again and again from these folks.

GBMistakenly, we waited to order unti … Mistakenly, we waited to order until the Black Friday weekend. Originally our order of two full vanity sets could not be completed and I was disappointed, but then we got good news. Virtu found the sets. We shipped! Bad news was the shipper (CEVA) had technical problems and we had to hold our breath. They couldn't track the order. Fortunately, both sets just arrived in perfect order. Modern Bath House staff were responsive and terrific and tried hard to make this like ordering from Zappos. Ha! It's complicated and we're delighted.

GBMBH- Terrible company; Terrible Customer Service. Modern Bath House (MBH) - Terrible company; Terrible Customer Service. Ordered two "in stock" bathroom vanities for completion of bathroom renovation project. Credit account was immediately charged. Shipping "Tracking Number" provided by MBH has been inactive for two weeks. MBH never answers phone so I have been emailing back and forth with MBH for over a week. MBH represents that manufacturer has shipped and keeps telling me that the Tracking Number should be going live tomorrow. I have finally called the freight/trucking company which has advised that they never received any product from the manufacturer either addressed to me or bearing the "Tracking Number" provided. Not happy and losing confidence daily.

GBGreat pricing, but very sub-par communication I found a great deal on the vanity I wanted but struggled to find information about when it would ship, how it would ship, etc. I had to specifically reach out to customer service with this information. The item took a LONG time to even ship out - I understand when large items take a long time in transit, but the fact that it didn't even ship out for over 2 weeks after the order was placed seemed lengthy. Also, I received a call from a delivery driver when he was "15 minutes away" with my delivery. I had never been contacted initially to schedule delivery and was not even home to accept the item since I had no warning of the shipment. I asked that I be contacted for a reschedule and that has not happened yet. I still don't have my item, and am hoping that someone will reach out to find a time to deliver it when I'll actually be home!

GBThe product was damaged when we … The product was damaged when we received it, but the customer service was good. They refunded my purchase for the damaged and sent me new parts for the other vanity that was damaged within 4 weeks. Overall the customer service is very good.
