GBshipping challenges Vanity ordered was great and arrived safe. In fact was impressed with quality for the price. Issue was amount of time it took with no expected delivery date and none of the dates for showing up on tracking, to eventual stated arrival being met. Shipping company jumped through hoops but Modern Bathouse Folks seemed to be tripping over each other with different info coming from different people. Was told the issue was at the manufacturer so may be different depending on what is ordered.

GBGreat pricing, but very sub-par communication I found a great deal on the vanity I wanted but struggled to find information about when it would ship, how it would ship, etc. I had to specifically reach out to customer service with this information. The item took a LONG time to even ship out - I understand when large items take a long time in transit, but the fact that it didn't even ship out for over 2 weeks after the order was placed seemed lengthy. Also, I received a call from a delivery driver when he was "15 minutes away" with my delivery. I had never been contacted initially to schedule delivery and was not even home to accept the item since I had no warning of the shipment. I asked that I be contacted for a reschedule and that has not happened yet. I still don't have my item, and am hoping that someone will reach out to find a time to deliver it when I'll actually be home!

GBThe product was damaged when we … The product was damaged when we received it, but the customer service was good. They refunded my purchase for the damaged and sent me new parts for the other vanity that was damaged within 4 weeks. Overall the customer service is very good.
