Do not order from these people! Do not order from these people! I have spent about 8K on their bathroom vanities, multiple bathrooms. I am doing a massive home remodel and lost a contractor so the job got way behind thus this vanity sat in a box in my living room. When we opened it the leg was cracked. What did the manufacturer say. "I reported it outside the damage policy" You think they would appreciate the business, but no. I obviously don't damage something I spent $1,600 on!?!?! Ridiculous. No empathy. They just want your money!

Responsive and helpful We ordered our kids' bathroom vanity here. Very nice piece, easy to maintain. We had some work done by a contractor in the bathroom and they damaged it so that the drawers no longer slid smoothly and the soft-close feature was compromised. We ordered a new drawer and rails to repair them (contractor paid). The customer service people were super helpful in trouble shooting the problem and getting us the exact replacement parts we needed from the manufacturer. This company will stick by their sale!

Went above and beyond! We were really pleased with the service we received from Modern Bath House. Our contact was Monique and she was exceptional. She helped us with all our requests: she was able to find a vanity that wasn't listed; she helped us adjust our shipping date to coincide with our construction date and best of all she gave us great pricing on all our vanities.
