EXCELLENT customer service EXCELLENT customer service! They answer emails almost immediately and do everything in the power to make things perfect. I had to contact them at least twice due to errors on my part and again when a shipment arrived with some damage. But they fixed my errors with no questions and are sending a replacement for the damaged item. I would have no hesitation in ordering again and again from these folks.

Still have NOT received vanity This is sad. I get the request for feedback on your customer service BEFORE I receive the actual product I ordered (order #1524). When I called to get a status update two weeks ago, I was just told to track the shipment with the CEVA tracking # you sent me (OV76778387). I've been checking and it finally arrived in Louisville on December 19th. Your customer service rep said some other person (I guess from CEVA) would call me within 24 hours after shipment arrived. It's 12/26 and STILL no phone call. Bottom line: There has been no ACTUAL, helpful service of any kind at all. However, your rating system doesn't allow to post a "zero star" rating. If anyone actually reads and vets these reviews and claims to care, then the obvious next step for that person to get this to someone of authority that WILL resolve (not "try" to resolve) my issue immediately. The only thing that will resolve my issue to my satisfaction is to get my vanity as soon as possible. Ideally, today. Please advise.

Ridiculous - DO NOT BUY FROM MBH - Use Houzz, Wayfair, Hayneedle, Overstock instead! Ridiculous. I ordered a vanity and once we realized it was too big for the space, we cancelled it before it arrived. Even though we didn't want it, and we had yet to receive it. The below is the exact email I received. We would like to inform you that we will proceed with the return process if we don't hear any feedback from you by the end of the day. Also, to make sure that we will not be charge for additional storage fee. The vanity was $714.00 (free shipping) Return Shipping Cost: ($467.14) Restocking fee 15%: ($107.00) Storage fee: ($50.00 daily) Total refund: ($90.21) Yes, that's right! - My refund is $90.21 and I don't get the vanity. I order from Houzz.com, Overstock.com, Hayneedle.com, and Wayfair.com - Never have I had this experience - DO NOT ORDER FROM MODERN BATH HOUSE MODERNBATHHOUSE.COM - There are many other BETTER places to order from. - Besides, I doubt they will be in business for much longer.

Took payment but no delivery and service number that only takes messages Why do these people have a service number that answers with "We cannot take your call at this time"? How is this service? I ordered a vanity on 16 Oct 17 and it is now 6 Nov 17 with no sign of the vanity. They took the money immediately and there has been no communication since. I am very concerned at the lack of communication and of delivery. Am I ever going to receive the vanity? How can I know because there is no way to ask.
