Took payment but no delivery and service number that only takes messages Why do these people have a service number that answers with "We cannot take your call at this time"? How is this service? I ordered a vanity on 16 Oct 17 and it is now 6 Nov 17 with no sign of the vanity. They took the money immediately and there has been no communication since. I am very concerned at the lack of communication and of delivery. Am I ever going to receive the vanity? How can I know because there is no way to ask.

The product was damaged when we … The product was damaged when we received it, but the customer service was good. They refunded my purchase for the damaged and sent me new parts for the other vanity that was damaged within 4 weeks. Overall the customer service is very good.

shipping challenges Vanity ordered was great and arrived safe. In fact was impressed with quality for the price. Issue was amount of time it took with no expected delivery date and none of the dates for showing up on tracking, to eventual stated arrival being met. Shipping company jumped through hoops but Modern Bathouse Folks seemed to be tripping over each other with different info coming from different people. Was told the issue was at the manufacturer so may be different depending on what is ordered.

MBH- Terrible company; Terrible Customer Service. Modern Bath House (MBH) - Terrible company; Terrible Customer Service. Ordered two "in stock" bathroom vanities for completion of bathroom renovation project. Credit account was immediately charged. Shipping "Tracking Number" provided by MBH has been inactive for two weeks. MBH never answers phone so I have been emailing back and forth with MBH for over a week. MBH represents that manufacturer has shipped and keeps telling me that the Tracking Number should be going live tomorrow. I have finally called the freight/trucking company which has advised that they never received any product from the manufacturer either addressed to me or bearing the "Tracking Number" provided. Not happy and losing confidence daily.
