GBRidiculous - DO NOT BUY FROM MBH - Use Houzz, Wayfair, Hayneedle, Overstock instead! Ridiculous. I ordered a vanity and once we realized it was too big for the space, we cancelled it before it arrived. Even though we didn't want it, and we had yet to receive it. The below is the exact email I received. We would like to inform you that we will proceed with the return process if we don't hear any feedback from you by the end of the day. Also, to make sure that we will not be charge for additional storage fee. The vanity was $714.00 (free shipping) Return Shipping Cost: ($467.14) Restocking fee 15%: ($107.00) Storage fee: ($50.00 daily) Total refund: ($90.21) Yes, that's right! - My refund is $90.21 and I don't get the vanity. I order from Houzz.com, Overstock.com, Hayneedle.com, and Wayfair.com - Never have I had this experience - DO NOT ORDER FROM MODERN BATH HOUSE MODERNBATHHOUSE.COM - There are many other BETTER places to order from. - Besides, I doubt they will be in business for much longer.

GBPlagued with Issue I did not enjoy working with Modern Bath House. There were many delays and one of the vanity tops did not match the others even remotely.

GBTheir lack of communication is … Their lack of communication is unacceptable.I placed my order at the end of May and the only information I have received is when I make numerous phone call and someone finally calls me back to this date I still have no idea were or when I will receive my order. If I don't hear anything by the end of the week I will be canceling my order.
