GBthey delayed my item for a whole week and told me my item is out of stock I feel so bad with this shopping experience with them. I placed my order in a Friday and my order status is "in process" for a whole week. I called them several times to double confirm that they do have my purchased item in stock. But after a whole week waiting, they just told me that the item is out of stock. I am so screwed up by them, since I was terribly delayed by them and have to pay contractor for extra hours now.

GBTook payment but no delivery and service number that only takes messages Why do these people have a service number that answers with "We cannot take your call at this time"? How is this service? I ordered a vanity on 16 Oct 17 and it is now 6 Nov 17 with no sign of the vanity. They took the money immediately and there has been no communication since. I am very concerned at the lack of communication and of delivery. Am I ever going to receive the vanity? How can I know because there is no way to ask.

GBTheir lack of communication is … Their lack of communication is unacceptable.I placed my order at the end of May and the only information I have received is when I make numerous phone call and someone finally calls me back to this date I still have no idea were or when I will receive my order. If I don't hear anything by the end of the week I will be canceling my order.

GBResponsive and helpful We ordered our kids' bathroom vanity here. Very nice piece, easy to maintain. We had some work done by a contractor in the bathroom and they damaged it so that the drawers no longer slid smoothly and the soft-close feature was compromised. We ordered a new drawer and rails to repair them (contractor paid). The customer service people were super helpful in trouble shooting the problem and getting us the exact replacement parts we needed from the manufacturer. This company will stick by their sale!

GBHad to send a vanity back Had to send a vanity back. Then waited for new one, which also had problems. Fixed those problems myself, vice having to go through the same too long process to get a replacement vanity. Quality of merch is poor overall.
