I am doing a massive home remodel and lost a contractor so the job got way behind thus this vanity sat in a box in my living room. When we opened it the leg was cracked. What did the manufacturer say. "I reported it outside the damage policy" You think they would appreciate the business, but no. I obviously don't damage something I spent $1,600 on!?!?! Ridiculous. No empathy. They just want your money!

The product was damaged when we … The product was damaged when we received it, but the customer service was good. They refunded my purchase for the damaged and sent me new parts for the other vanity that was damaged within 4 weeks. Overall the customer service is very good.
