She helped us with all our requests: she was able to find a vanity that wasn't listed; she helped us adjust our shipping date to coincide with our construction date and best of all she gave us great pricing on all our vanities. She was quick with her responses and never kept us waiting. I highly recommend Modern Bath House and will definitely use them again. Keep up the great customer service!

Ridiculous - DO NOT BUY FROM MBH - Use Houzz, Wayfair, Hayneedle, Overstock instead! Ridiculous. I ordered a vanity and once we realized it was too big for the space, we cancelled it before it arrived. Even though we didn't want it, and we had yet to receive it. Had to send a vanity back Had to send a vanity back. Then waited for new one, which also had problems. Fixed those problems myself, vice having to go through the same too long process to get a replacement vanity. Quality of merch is poor overall.

shipping challenges Vanity ordered was great and arrived safe. In fact was impressed with quality for the price. Issue was amount of time it took with no expected delivery date and none of the dates for showing up on tracking, to eventual stated arrival being met. Shipping company jumped through hoops but Modern Bathouse Folks seemed to be tripping over each other with different info coming from different people. Was told the issue was at the manufacturer so may be different depending on what is ordered.
