GBStill waiting to hear from them about…returning the item! Still waiting to hear from them about how to return the product! Emailed 3 times, tried chatting, but noone is there then called as they suggested, to leave a voicemail. Doesn't give you an option to leave a message!! Product was ordered ahead of the holidays to ensure we received it in time - return window is only 3 weeks so no way to be able to return if unsatisfied. Next step is to contact my credit card company then the Better Business Bureau - buyer beware!!

GBNever received a return label I decided to return my order since I changed my mind. I contacted customer service and they told me they couldn't generate a return label because my order was flagged as fraud? I contacted several times afterwards and they kept telling me my return was still being reviewed. It's been months now and I still haven't received an update.

GBHelloTushy is not the company to buy from. I was ask if I would update my review. The order was received Christmas eve. I still stand that the order had plenty of time to be delivered in a more timely fashion. Everyone in my family has this product ande we do all love it. Ok order 2 for Christmas gift order placed in plenty of time to receive by Christmas well as you see day before Christmas eve and I am writing this. The order is not even on transit. I did reach out but the company did not contact me in form. So I would say beware I am going to assume I will receive this order but looks like it will be for next christmas! There are other companies offering this product and I would defiantly buy from them. Please hear me Buy From Another Company!

CASuper slow Customer Service response No Customer Service response. I bought the Ace. All the plumbing installation went smoothly except actually attaching it to the toilet. Their replacement bolts don't quite go in. It's been a WEEK, and only an automated "we're experiencing high email volumes" response. I had to cut mu toilet seat bolts to get it off (I thought they'd get back to me so just went ahead with the install). Now im sitting on a seat-less toilet waiting... EDIT They finally got back to me. They sent me to the hardware store for new bolts and offered to pay. Got it installed and it works great.

GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. Ordered a product that is taking over a month to arrive to me, only problem is their return policy is within 30 days of purchase, not of delivery. Noticing that it hadn’t been shipped after several weeks I attempted to cancel the order but they’re refusing. They STILL haven’t shipped my order. Extremely unethical business practices.
