GBDishonest. Pushy. Mickey Mouse. Sheets were not delivered after 2 months. Email support request ignored. I called and was told sheets would arrive two weeks later. 3 weeks later, still nothing. I called again. Was told fabric was on back-order in Italy and would be another 4 weeks. I tried to cancel the order. Next communication: surprise, a set of sheets matching my order was found and would I like to have them? I requested it be cancelled anyway. Next communication: your order has shipped! I requested it be canceled a 3rd time. Next communication: So sorry, they're already in the mail. Are you sure you don't want them? I requested it be canceled a 4th time. Next communication: we're processing the refund and recalling the package. That was 3 days ago. I'm still awaiting the refund and the UPS package tracker shows the package on its way. I'm planning to refuse delivery and if I don't get my refund in 7 days, I'll be filing a complaint with the New York Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Frauds and Protection.

GBNever even got my order Ordered a set of sheets back in February that I never saw. Emailed customer support many times and always said my order would be ready soon with zero details. The last time I asked they said my order was "nearly ready" and would ship out within one week. More than that week came and went and the order never shipped. After more than 4 months I finally cancelled. Customer support called me and said my order was ready to ship - magically, after cancelling it's somehow done. I got a bunch of excuses about suppliers in Italy having problems. They wouldn't have thought I'd like to have known these details a few months ago instead of just being told "it will be ready soon!"? At least they processed my refund quickly: only reason for 2 stars instead of 1. I'm extremely disappointed in this abuse of my trust. Should have just bought from somewhere else 4 months ago and maybe I'd have sheets by now. This is no way to run a business.

GBOverpriced poor quality product I was a big fan of Jason and Linoto. I purchased nearly $1000 worth of linen with the belief it was last a long time, at least 5 years. Fast forward to 3 years later the bed spread has torn. I read up on they having a poor supplier during that time of my purchase. I received zero apologies and for this. I explained followed the care instructions exactly and even rotated the linens out with another qset. Still no customer service. Their products do not last and they do not back them up. I thought weight was the number 1 factor in quality but weave is perhaps more important. Other cheaper, lighter brands have outlasted Linoto.

GBCustomer service non existent Their customer service is non existent. My package was not delivered at my address - instead of helping me investigate, they are indulging in magical thinking. "in our experience the package shows up several days later" or "go to the post office, it's there and they'll give it you". a typical newish dtc brand.. plenty of other options out there at a similar price point that won't make you jump through hoops when a delivery problem happens.

CAOver 4 months later and sheet still hasn't arrrived Ordered a single linen flat sheet on November 27, 2020. No estimated delivery date when I ordered - that seemed weird but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Credit card was charged right away. I sent them an email to ask what the rough timeline was - are we talking a few weeks or six months? Would be nice to know, because if it's six months, I'll buy another sheet in the meantime. They said "We anticipate your order to be finished and shipped by the end of January." On March 29, 2021, I get a marketing email from them with the headline "It's been a while..." - no kidding. I replied to that email to point out the irony, and then on April 2, received an email saying my order had been shipped. Now it's April 15, and I still don't have it, but maybe soon. Luckily I did buy another sheet in the meanwhile. Long story short, I would recommend sending a donation in the same amount to a charity that supports artisanal sheet makers instead - at least you get a tax receipt.
