GB4 month wait for the wrong item I waited four months for a duvet cover. The website said the wait time would be four weeks. Each time I contacted them after that they said my item would ship in about two weeks. It ended up taking over four months. And the item they finally sent was the wrong size. Paid almost $300 because I wanted to support American manufacturing, but this business can’t get things right and doesn’t have transparent customer service.

GBRepeat Customer I have used Linoto twice now and both times I am happy. It takes a little time to get your order because I believe it is all custom made. Also, Linoto does not tell you but orders are sent SIGNATURE REQUIRED which is a hassle, but when ordering a high value item, it makes sense. Also, even though I only washed previous sheets lightly as directed, they still wore out (much much much faster than cotton). I think this is to be expected to remember to wash only when needed and carefully and never dry is my recommendation in a dryer.

CAOver 4 months later and sheet still hasn't arrrived Ordered a single linen flat sheet on November 27, 2020. No estimated delivery date when I ordered - that seemed weird but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Credit card was charged right away. I sent them an email to ask what the rough timeline was - are we talking a few weeks or six months? Would be nice to know, because if it's six months, I'll buy another sheet in the meantime. They said "We anticipate your order to be finished and shipped by the end of January." On March 29, 2021, I get a marketing email from them with the headline "It's been a while..." - no kidding. I replied to that email to point out the irony, and then on April 2, received an email saying my order had been shipped. Now it's April 15, and I still don't have it, but maybe soon. Luckily I did buy another sheet in the meanwhile. Long story short, I would recommend sending a donation in the same amount to a charity that supports artisanal sheet makers instead - at least you get a tax receipt.

GBToo expensive to be so flimsy I bought a queen sheet set in August of 2020, and since the world was upside down bc of COVID I forgave the fact that it took SIX MONTHS to get my order, and the only way I got a customer service response was to slide into the Instagram account DMs. I've had these sheets for three years and they're starting to tear apart. These sheets are too expensive to fall apart after three years, particularly since I have taken extremely good care of them. Just heartbreaking...

GBORGANIC BELGIAN LINENS, REASONABLY PRICED There are virtually no other online stores from which you can buy XL Twin Cal King linens with those few more inches needed to keep the sheets on an adjustable bed frame. But whatever your size requirements, there are no others online who offer as many color choices, either. And then there's the organic linen, in nature's own colors--just. WOW. Softer with each wash, warm in winter and cool in summer, Linoto's linens are also beautifully sewn to last. These are, indeed, heirloom linens. Kudos, Linoto!
