GBWe love the sheets, but... We love the sheets, only problem is they’re too small to fully cover the mattress. I inquired twice about exchanging the fitted sheet for a larger size, but never got a response despite the return/exchange policy of 30 days. We were going to buy a duvet and pillow covers, but we’ll probably go elsewhere now.

GBRepeat Customer I have used Linoto twice now and both times I am happy. It takes a little time to get your order because I believe it is all custom made. Also, Linoto does not tell you but orders are sent SIGNATURE REQUIRED which is a hassle, but when ordering a high value item, it makes sense. Also, even though I only washed previous sheets lightly as directed, they still wore out (much much much faster than cotton). I think this is to be expected to remember to wash only when needed and carefully and never dry is my recommendation in a dryer.

GBNever even got my order Ordered a set of sheets back in February that I never saw. Emailed customer support many times and always said my order would be ready soon with zero details. The last time I asked they said my order was "nearly ready" and would ship out within one week. More than that week came and went and the order never shipped. After more than 4 months I finally cancelled. Customer support called me and said my order was ready to ship - magically, after cancelling it's somehow done. I got a bunch of excuses about suppliers in Italy having problems. They wouldn't have thought I'd like to have known these details a few months ago instead of just being told "it will be ready soon!"? At least they processed my refund quickly: only reason for 2 stars instead of 1. I'm extremely disappointed in this abuse of my trust. Should have just bought from somewhere else 4 months ago and maybe I'd have sheets by now. This is no way to run a business.

GBOverpriced poor quality product I was a big fan of Jason and Linoto. I purchased nearly $1000 worth of linen with the belief it was last a long time, at least 5 years. Fast forward to 3 years later the bed spread has torn. I read up on they having a poor supplier during that time of my purchase. I received zero apologies and for this. I explained followed the care instructions exactly and even rotated the linens out with another qset. Still no customer service. Their products do not last and they do not back them up. I thought weight was the number 1 factor in quality but weave is perhaps more important. Other cheaper, lighter brands have outlasted Linoto.

GBYears Of Great Products and Great Service The Linoto experience is great from the get-go. The website answers the basics and Jason answers any other questions not covered there. I went a little overboard after our wedding and did the whole bedroom—sheets, curtains, duvets, blankets—in a mix of indigo and natural colors. The quality is apparent from hand of the linen, to the assembly, to the day it arrives and even six years after. One of those all-too-rare experiences.
