GBI have not even slept in our new sheets… I have not even slept in our new sheets yet but I am disappointed in their business practices. They said the sheets would be 3-4 weeks, ok, I can deal with that but they didn't bother to send us a simple text that our purchase was delayed. Keeping the customer appraised of the purchases status is a good practice for heigh end purchases like this. I ordered SOLID SAGE sheets and pillowcases as per the picture on their website. I actually received turquois-ish blue colored sheets and pillowcases with pinkish highlights. Be sure to ask for a fabric sample before ordering one of their colors as sheets

GBIt’s more than 7 weeks now and I have… It’s more than 7 weeks now and I have not received my sheets. Two weeks ago I called their customer service line and was assured my order was going out by the middle of the next week. Never happened. I called this past week and after a lengthy excuse was “ASSURED” my order would go out by Friday Dec 22nd. That has come and gone and no shipment email as of today. I would actually accept reasonable delays if they proactively kept me informed or offered maybe expedited shipping due to the delays, but nothing ! It’s to bad because their sheets are good quality but I will find another provider of quality linen sheets for sure.

GBWe love the sheets, but... We love the sheets, only problem is they’re too small to fully cover the mattress. I inquired twice about exchanging the fitted sheet for a larger size, but never got a response despite the return/exchange policy of 30 days. We were going to buy a duvet and pillow covers, but we’ll probably go elsewhere now.

GBOverpriced poor quality product I was a big fan of Jason and Linoto. I purchased nearly $1000 worth of linen with the belief it was last a long time, at least 5 years. Fast forward to 3 years later the bed spread has torn. I read up on they having a poor supplier during that time of my purchase. I received zero apologies and for this. I explained followed the care instructions exactly and even rotated the linens out with another qset. Still no customer service. Their products do not last and they do not back them up. I thought weight was the number 1 factor in quality but weave is perhaps more important. Other cheaper, lighter brands have outlasted Linoto.

GBORGANIC BELGIAN LINENS, REASONABLY PRICED There are virtually no other online stores from which you can buy XL Twin Cal King linens with those few more inches needed to keep the sheets on an adjustable bed frame. But whatever your size requirements, there are no others online who offer as many color choices, either. And then there's the organic linen, in nature's own colors--just. WOW. Softer with each wash, warm in winter and cool in summer, Linoto's linens are also beautifully sewn to last. These are, indeed, heirloom linens. Kudos, Linoto!
