NLDo not order!!!!! We ordered brake claws december 2022. December 2023 they were broken. We called and explained the thing. We could send the old ones back, and we could get 50% money of the new ones. We did send the old ones to them. But in a normal box, not a box of them. Now they can’t/ want do anything for us

USSame exact situation Same exact situation. Orders a heat pump, it came w/o sensors and clearly NOT the pump described or shown in photo. Now getting the run around, “we contacted accounting & returns”. This is a BOGUS company beware!

USBait and switch! I ordered a heater for my hot tub. The site clearly stated the name of the brand name part with a pic of the heater. What I received was a universal heater without sensors that looked nothing like the pic shown and described on the US Parts Center site. I could have bought that universal heater else ware online for $30 less. My emails to US Parts Center requesting a return have gone unanswered for more than a week now. I just want them to right the wrong. Not Happy!

USOrdered a part 1 month ago Ordered a part 1 month ago, still not fulfilled. We cannot get an answer at the phone # listed, we cannot get a response from the email listed and the “live chat” on their site does not work! They have our $$$$, beyond frustrated that we cannot get a response!
