GBGood price, poor customer service I bought a spa heater. The price was good, however, customer service was poor. Confirmation of purchase email did not include estimated delivery date so I emailed requesting date. I did not receive a response. I then requested date by chat and was told that my order was on back order for over a month. The next day I phoned to cancel order and was told that there was no reason for back order because they had 27 of the heaters I ordered in stock. I received an email the following day that my order had been filled and was being shipped. I received my order 6 days later. It seems as though the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing.

GBAfter over 2 weeks of not hearing… After over 2 weeks of not hearing anything from them, I called and asked where my product was. He said he would look into it and call back later that day. Then, 2 days later, after not hearing ANYTHING from them, I called all day and got no answer. I emailed and nothing. I called my credit card company and told them the charge was fraud and couldn't get an answer from US Parts. They credited my account and I emailed US Parts again to tell them, if they were legit, to cancel my order and refund the money. About a week later I received a ship notice. This company is horrible.

GBMy order was placed 2-17-20 and arrived… My order was placed 2-17-20 and arrived today 3-5-20. Heard about your business from a friend of mine and he had nothing but good things to say about you. When ordering it said that shipping was 3-4 days ground shipping. Was hoping to repair my cover the weekend of 2-22-20. That obviously didn’t happen. But have what I ordered so will now make my repairs. Thanks for your parts

GBHorrible customer service rep. Have not even received the shipment yet. Have not even received the order yet but the customer service has been very bad. I placed the order and did not receive an order confirmation. Two days later I receive this review email. Today, I contact customer service to inquire why I had not received any status of my order, but instead, I get a rude customer service rep tell me that the order and shipment confirmations were sent automatically. Well, I told her that I received only 1 of the 3 that she said were sent, and that I had checked spam. She said "I am not going to argue with you, that is how the system works", then leaves the chat. Two minutes later, I get 6 order shipment confirmation emails and 20 order confirmations in my mailbox.
