USordered air switch for hot tub ordered air switch for hot tub. paid and received two months later. refused shipment as I ordered from another company installed and paid 30 days later by warranty company before I received their part. no refund forthcoming. Doug Amarillo, TX.

USHorrible customer service rep. Have not even received the shipment yet. Have not even received the order yet but the customer service has been very bad. I placed the order and did not receive an order confirmation. Two days later I receive this review email. Today, I contact customer service to inquire why I had not received any status of my order, but instead, I get a rude customer service rep tell me that the order and shipment confirmations were sent automatically. Well, I told her that I received only 1 of the 3 that she said were sent, and that I had checked spam. She said "I am not going to argue with you, that is how the system works", then leaves the chat. Two minutes later, I get 6 order shipment confirmation emails and 20 order confirmations in my mailbox.

USGood price, poor customer service I bought a spa heater. The price was good, however, customer service was poor. Confirmation of purchase email did not include estimated delivery date so I emailed requesting date. I did not receive a response. I then requested date by chat and was told that my order was on back order for over a month. The next day I phoned to cancel order and was told that there was no reason for back order because they had 27 of the heaters I ordered in stock. I received an email the following day that my order had been filled and was being shipped. I received my order 6 days later. It seems as though the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing.

USThe guy Rod that answers the phone has… The guy Rod that answers the phone has a bad attitude and wants to blame his poor level of service on the pandemic. I called four times and never got the information that they promised to give me. IIpaid for faster shipping and the pump was not even shipped before the time that It was supposed to have arrived. Rod should work in the warehouse where he doesn’t have to help or “Not” help customers.

USIf I could give them a lower rating I… If I could give them a lower rating I would.I've been trying to return a pump that was never used,within the 30 days specified by their return policy,and can't get a reply.Prior to discovering that my existing pump was repairable I contacted them with a question about the new pump,they replied days later,with a curt,rude response. What a kook show.
