GBThe guy Rod that answers the phone has… The guy Rod that answers the phone has a bad attitude and wants to blame his poor level of service on the pandemic. I called four times and never got the information that they promised to give me. IIpaid for faster shipping and the pump was not even shipped before the time that It was supposed to have arrived. Rod should work in the warehouse where he doesn’t have to help or “Not” help customers.

GBOrdered a part 1 month ago Ordered a part 1 month ago, still not fulfilled. We cannot get an answer at the phone # listed, we cannot get a response from the email listed and the “live chat” on their site does not work! They have our $$$$, beyond frustrated that we cannot get a response!

GBAfter over 2 weeks of not hearing… After over 2 weeks of not hearing anything from them, I called and asked where my product was. He said he would look into it and call back later that day. Then, 2 days later, after not hearing ANYTHING from them, I called all day and got no answer. I emailed and nothing. I called my credit card company and told them the charge was fraud and couldn't get an answer from US Parts. They credited my account and I emailed US Parts again to tell them, if they were legit, to cancel my order and refund the money. About a week later I received a ship notice. This company is horrible.

GBTerrible service Terrible service. I placed my order(10343) and waited 3 weeks hearing nothing. After contacting us parts center, my order was shipped, however the wrong item was sent. I had ordered Leisure time citrabright surface cleaner, but received leisure time jet clean instead. I have contacted us parts center twice about this issue and have heard nothing back. I am now going to contact my credit card company and let them deal with this .Awful service.
