GBHorrible customer service rep. Have not even received the shipment yet. Have not even received the order yet but the customer service has been very bad. I placed the order and did not receive an order confirmation. Two days later I receive this review email. Today, I contact customer service to inquire why I had not received any status of my order, but instead, I get a rude customer service rep tell me that the order and shipment confirmations were sent automatically. Well, I told her that I received only 1 of the 3 that she said were sent, and that I had checked spam. She said "I am not going to argue with you, that is how the system works", then leaves the chat. Two minutes later, I get 6 order shipment confirmation emails and 20 order confirmations in my mailbox.

GBAfter over 2 weeks of not hearing… After over 2 weeks of not hearing anything from them, I called and asked where my product was. He said he would look into it and call back later that day. Then, 2 days later, after not hearing ANYTHING from them, I called all day and got no answer. I emailed and nothing. I called my credit card company and told them the charge was fraud and couldn't get an answer from US Parts. They credited my account and I emailed US Parts again to tell them, if they were legit, to cancel my order and refund the money. About a week later I received a ship notice. This company is horrible.

GBOrdered a replacement pump and control… Ordered a replacement pump and control panel. Delivery took almost a month, in the meantime the spa tub is sitting there without the pump in place. When i re ei ed the pump today, no control panel...... more phone calls in my future

GBBait and switch! I ordered a heater for my hot tub. The site clearly stated the name of the brand name part with a pic of the heater. What I received was a universal heater without sensors that looked nothing like the pic shown and described on the US Parts Center site. I could have bought that universal heater else ware online for $30 less. My emails to US Parts Center requesting a return have gone unanswered for more than a week now. I just want them to right the wrong. Not Happy!

GBSame exact situation Same exact situation. Orders a heat pump, it came w/o sensors and clearly NOT the pump described or shown in photo. Now getting the run around, “we contacted accounting & returns”. This is a BOGUS company beware!
