Since design of pump is "closed" construction, and disassembly is simple, the pump was up and running again within a short time after the new rotor was replaced. It's great to have hot water on hand (get it?) within seconds of turning the faucet on - even in freezing winter weather.

Terrible experience Terrible experience. Took almost month to get mr product and they didnt even inform us of this. Didnt find out until I emailed them asking where my pump was.

Ordered a replacement pump and control… Ordered a replacement pump and control panel. Delivery took almost a month, in the meantime the spa tub is sitting there without the pump in place. When i re ei ed the pump today, no control panel...... more phone calls in my future

After over 2 weeks of not hearing… After over 2 weeks of not hearing anything from them, I called and asked where my product was. He said he would look into it and call back later that day. Then, 2 days later, after not hearing ANYTHING from them, I called all day and got no answer. I emailed and nothing. I called my credit card company and told them the charge was fraud and couldn't get an answer from US Parts. They credited my account and I emailed US Parts again to tell them, if they were legit, to cancel my order and refund the money. About a week later I received a ship notice. This company is horrible.
