GBYou can find a better on-line vendor Purchased two Fresca assessories from Main Faucet. I had issues with both items. Main Faucet exchanged one of them for me and promised a shipping label for the other item. I never received the shipping label. When I emailed Main Faucet, I never got a response. There are better vendors out there. Build.com is great and I have had good experiences with them.

GBunresponsive customer service and defected product I ordered a Cavaliere Euro AP238-PS65-36 Stainless Steel Range Hood from Main Faucet.com two months ago. However, I noticed that this range hood had two rusted corners when installed. There appears to be some repairs that was attempted to cover up the rust in the back two corners inside the hood. These two spots are quite an eye soar. We're very disappointed that we paid so much money ($750) and yet received a product that was not in satisfactory condition. I contacted Main Faucet about this. Yet they said there is nothing they can do because it has been installed and suggested us to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer said we could return it but we will have to contact Main Faucet (the seller) about it. So I emailed Main Faucet again yet received NO response at all after a month. I am very disappointed about Main Faucet's customer service and also the product they sold to me. One more thing: I just tried to log into my Main Faucet account and couldn't. OMG! Terrible website. Would never buy anything from Main Faucet!

GBI'll never buy from this company again Their website says they have the products in stock when they actually don't have it at all. I call them to ask why they were taking so long to ship my order and they came up with the excuse that they been calling to double check on my delivery address ( I never received a single phone call) and my address was very clear on my order. They promised I should get my order within 5 more days after "confirming" my address. It took more than two extra weeks for the item to arrived, only after I told them I would cancel my order if I didn't receive it soon. After two phone calls and two stupid excuses I will never buy from this company again.

GBQuality product but very poor shipping vendor The quality of the product was very good and I have received several compliments. When I contacted MainFaucet with questions they were very helpful and courteous. The shipping vendor was a completely different story. When I contacted Main Faucet to let them know about my horrible experience, they did apologize but said that the shipping vendor was not chosen by them but by the vanity company who was shipping the product directly (Virtu). They did state that they would forward my feedback to Virtu to let them know.

GBlousy return policy We're doing renovations, ordered a sink which unfortunately wasn't workable. The service was fine, delivery fairly prompt however return policy is lousy. Restocking fee was over $100. Don't think I'll ever order from them again.
