GBGood customer service, but broken shower I ordered a shower insert. First delivery came with a dented piece. I contacted customer service, and they quickly sent two replacements. Both arrived dented and broken. I contacted customer service again. They sent another piece, but finally packaged it well enough so it didn't get damaged. So, it's great to know that their customer service dept will fix an issue, but it was annoying to delay my bathroom redo by 3 weeks because of this,

GBlousy return policy We're doing renovations, ordered a sink which unfortunately wasn't workable. The service was fine, delivery fairly prompt however return policy is lousy. Restocking fee was over $100. Don't think I'll ever order from them again.

GBYou can find a better on-line vendor Purchased two Fresca assessories from Main Faucet. I had issues with both items. Main Faucet exchanged one of them for me and promised a shipping label for the other item. I never received the shipping label. When I emailed Main Faucet, I never got a response. There are better vendors out there. Build.com is great and I have had good experiences with them.

CAHood fan horror story A truly terrible experience from start to finish. Horrible customer service. 3 weeks just to get my item shipped. Don't bother with this company.

GBHorrible customer service. Simon is a terrible manager if he is even a manager at all Mainfaucet Sent me missing parts to an expensive shower glass door and when I returned it due to the missing pieces, Simon, the so called manager refused to refund me the money back for the glass door. The door was in flawless shape and can be resold without a doubt. Horrible customer service as a company, and horrible communication skills on Simon's behalf
