USQuality product but very poor shipping vendor The quality of the product was very good and I have received several compliments. When I contacted MainFaucet with questions they were very helpful and courteous. The shipping vendor was a completely different story. When I contacted Main Faucet to let them know about my horrible experience, they did apologize but said that the shipping vendor was not chosen by them but by the vanity company who was shipping the product directly (Virtu). They did state that they would forward my feedback to Virtu to let them know.

USTerrible experience - don't shop with them! I bought a bathroom faucet with them because of their hassle free return policy, After the faucet arrived - my contractor told me the hot water line was broken and must be replaced. I quickly picked up a replacement at lowes so that my contractor is not stuck and requested for a return from the merchant. They refused my return request by saying the manufacturer is not authorizing my return (WHAT???). I told them it's their job to deal with the manufacturer and urge them to refund. I already agreed to pay 2-way- shipping to return the defective faucet despite there is no fault on my part. They failed to act/ respond. I ended up calling my credit card company to reverse this transaction. Will never come back again.

USI'll never buy from this company again Their website says they have the products in stock when they actually don't have it at all. I call them to ask why they were taking so long to ship my order and they came up with the excuse that they been calling to double check on my delivery address ( I never received a single phone call) and my address was very clear on my order. They promised I should get my order within 5 more days after "confirming" my address. It took more than two extra weeks for the item to arrived, only after I told them I would cancel my order if I didn't receive it soon. After two phone calls and two stupid excuses I will never buy from this company again.

USWill not use Main Faucet again Main Faucet charged my credit card but did not ship the product for nearly 6 weeks. Repeated inquiries went unanswered for weeks. Communication with your customers needs a great deal of improvement.

CAHood fan horror story A truly terrible experience from start to finish. Horrible customer service. 3 weeks just to get my item shipped. Don't bother with this company.
