USTrying to contact them regarding making a purchase Trying to contact them regarding purchasing a bathroom vanity. Service email came back undeliverable and sales email is never answered. I tried contacting them through website and no reply. Phone number listed in website goes to a different company. I would think they would be all over someone wanting to place an order. If service is this bad to place an order, I cant imagine it will be any better if an issue needs response.

USNo one answers phones or chat While I was very happy the dreamliner products and service I received from the supplier Main Faucet had no voice or chat communication. Price is right Service not existant.

USno feedback! Less then one star would be appropriate. Zero customer service, or nonexistent, no response to e-mails, phone service is ridiculous, in fact the number provided states a different company on an automated system. Ordered a product on the 5th of Jan, on the ninth of Jan money removed for the item from my bank account and my order status still says sent to the warehouse! Repeated e-mails asking for confirmation of shipping, as in tracking, estimated arrival, have been ignored and unanswered. Do not trust this company! My next step is contacting my bank disputing charges for merchandise not acknowledged but charged for. Ordering from a reputable company instead

USlousy return policy We're doing renovations, ordered a sink which unfortunately wasn't workable. The service was fine, delivery fairly prompt however return policy is lousy. Restocking fee was over $100. Don't think I'll ever order from them again.

USGood customer service, but broken shower I ordered a shower insert. First delivery came with a dented piece. I contacted customer service, and they quickly sent two replacements. Both arrived dented and broken. I contacted customer service again. They sent another piece, but finally packaged it well enough so it didn't get damaged. So, it's great to know that their customer service dept will fix an issue, but it was annoying to delay my bathroom redo by 3 weeks because of this,
