Nice product,but damaged somwhere in the process The Vanity I ordered arrived promptly.However upon opening it I discovered 2 items damaged. The damage occurred at the factory as the shipping boxes were pristine. Replacement item were sent but only after 5-6 phone calls

You can find a better on-line vendor Purchased two Fresca assessories from Main Faucet. I had issues with both items. Main Faucet exchanged one of them for me and promised a shipping label for the other item. I never received the shipping label. When I emailed Main Faucet, I never got a response. There are better vendors out there. Build.com is great and I have had good experiences with them.

Shopping and delivery were excellent, but what about the back of the linen cabinet? Website and purchasing was great. I loved that it came right to my house. Also loved that the cabinet was solid oak. However, I was shocked that there was no back on the cabinet behind the drawer section. For almost $500, I thought it would have been better made. Even it there was just a thinner piece covering that area.

Good customer service, but broken shower I ordered a shower insert. First delivery came with a dented piece. I contacted customer service, and they quickly sent two replacements. Both arrived dented and broken. I contacted customer service again. They sent another piece, but finally packaged it well enough so it didn't get damaged. So, it's great to know that their customer service dept will fix an issue, but it was annoying to delay my bathroom redo by 3 weeks because of this,

Trying to contact them regarding making a purchase Trying to contact them regarding purchasing a bathroom vanity. Service email came back undeliverable and sales email is never answered. I tried contacting them through website and no reply. Phone number listed in website goes to a different company. I would think they would be all over someone wanting to place an order. If service is this bad to place an order, I cant imagine it will be any better if an issue needs response.
