lousy return policy We're doing renovations, ordered a sink which unfortunately wasn't workable. The service was fine, delivery fairly prompt however return policy is lousy. Restocking fee was over $100. Don't think I'll ever order from them again.

Quality product but very poor shipping vendor The quality of the product was very good and I have received several compliments. When I contacted MainFaucet with questions they were very helpful and courteous. The shipping vendor was a completely different story. When I contacted Main Faucet to let them know about my horrible experience, they did apologize but said that the shipping vendor was not chosen by them but by the vanity company who was shipping the product directly (Virtu). They did state that they would forward my feedback to Virtu to let them know.

Nice product,but damaged somwhere in the process The Vanity I ordered arrived promptly.However upon opening it I discovered 2 items damaged. The damage occurred at the factory as the shipping boxes were pristine. Replacement item were sent but only after 5-6 phone calls

Broken product, terrible delivery, and unreliable customer service. The product I ordered was originally damaged before shipping, and it took over 2 months to get the product in. When it arrived, 1 of the shower stall panels was broken and unusable. While initially responsive, Customer Service told me the replacement part was "shipping today," when in fact it didn't ship for 10 days. When I called them on this, they had no explanation other than misinformation, and when I asked if they could expedite the shipment rather than ship ground, their classic response was, "There is nothing we can do about it." There is ALWAYS something that a good customer service team can do. It's just that the folks at Main Faucet decided not to do anything to serve their customer.

No one answers phones or chat While I was very happy the dreamliner products and service I received from the supplier Main Faucet had no voice or chat communication. Price is right Service not existant.
