Horrible customer service. Simon is a terrible manager if he is even a manager at all Mainfaucet Sent me missing parts to an expensive shower glass door and when I returned it due to the missing pieces, Simon, the so called manager refused to refund me the money back for the glass door. The door was in flawless shape and can be resold without a doubt. Horrible customer service as a company, and horrible communication skills on Simon's behalf

Nice product,but damaged somwhere in the process The Vanity I ordered arrived promptly.However upon opening it I discovered 2 items damaged. The damage occurred at the factory as the shipping boxes were pristine. Replacement item were sent but only after 5-6 phone calls

Change your shipping company, keep everything else Customer service was excellent, the item priced right, and the website easy to use. Shipped and arrived on time, but delivery driver would only deliver to sidewalk. It took looks of convincing to have him deliver 10 feet more inside the house. The item weighs 300 pounds.

Will not use Main Faucet again Main Faucet charged my credit card but did not ship the product for nearly 6 weeks. Repeated inquiries went unanswered for weeks. Communication with your customers needs a great deal of improvement.

Broken product, terrible delivery, and unreliable customer service. The product I ordered was originally damaged before shipping, and it took over 2 months to get the product in. When it arrived, 1 of the shower stall panels was broken and unusable. While initially responsive, Customer Service told me the replacement part was "shipping today," when in fact it didn't ship for 10 days. When I called them on this, they had no explanation other than misinformation, and when I asked if they could expedite the shipment rather than ship ground, their classic response was, "There is nothing we can do about it." There is ALWAYS something that a good customer service team can do. It's just that the folks at Main Faucet decided not to do anything to serve their customer.
