Shipped and arrived on time, but delivery driver would only deliver to sidewalk. It took looks of convincing to have him deliver 10 feet more inside the house. The item weighs 300 pounds.

GBWorst post-purchase service, take your own risk! We had a terrible experience with this company after we bought a toilet from them. The toilet came broken (a big piece of toilet back falling off right out of the box), contacted the company, they asked us to pay the shipping back PLUS 15% restocking fee which totaled to be about the same price as the price of the toilet!! What kind of company will ask customers to pay for broken item PLUS restocking fee when they can't resell the product and they are probably reimbursed from the shipping company for the price of the toilet? After disagreeing to pay such fees for receiving a broken toilet, they simply stopped responding and we're stuck with a paid broken toilet. If you don't want to end up in a situation like ours, don't order anything from them. This company seems to only care about their loss but not customer's. Take your own risk purchasing with them.

GBGood customer service, but broken shower I ordered a shower insert. First delivery came with a dented piece. I contacted customer service, and they quickly sent two replacements. Both arrived dented and broken. I contacted customer service again. They sent another piece, but finally packaged it well enough so it didn't get damaged. So, it's great to know that their customer service dept will fix an issue, but it was annoying to delay my bathroom redo by 3 weeks because of this,

GBWill not use Main Faucet again Main Faucet charged my credit card but did not ship the product for nearly 6 weeks. Repeated inquiries went unanswered for weeks. Communication with your customers needs a great deal of improvement.

GBDisappointed I didn't see a small chip on the edge of our vanity top because it was blackened. I thought it was a flaw in the material and could live with it. However, the black spot came off to reveal a chip. Now it is too late to return-it would cost us lots of money to ship it back, and it is already installed! I can't help to think the chip was purposely covered up.
