Big rat at Austin location Big rat ran across the floor while the associate was answering a question for me. She seemed startled but not surprised. On the other hand, I wasn’t about to stay in the store, so I thanked her (from about 20 feet away after running!) and did not get a chance to finish shopping because I headed to my car! The employee was nice though. However, a comfortable shopping experience and big rats just don’t go together. It was big…like put-a-saddle-on-it kind of big LOL! Tech Ridge and IH35 location in Austin could use a pest control company!

I not will buy anything else from JC Penny… I will buy anything else from JC Penny because for one I spended almost 300 dollars in the store did not get no points and then when I took what I bought back they told me it was over 60 days and it was not close to 60 days, and I had my recite, that did not matter. That why all of the JC Pennys are going under because they are rude and don't have no respect for their customers. I will not shop or step foot back in their store again.
