GBI bought a bunch of clothes online from… I bought a bunch of clothes online from JcPenney. I washed them and one of the outfits all the colors bled into the other colors on the shirt. I was told by the customer service rep they will not return or refund for anything that has been washed, worn or a tag taken off. So if you by 5.00 shirt that bleeds after 1 wash or a $300 winter coat that seams comes apart the first time put on you are SOL, buyer beware

GBI don't have no JCPenney's here in Brownwood anymore you all closed it down we used to travel from Cisco to Brownwood and now I live in Brownwood and now the JCPenney's is a ridiculous store One thing about JCPenney's you can't go to the website or to your app and cancel an order. You have to call them and then most of the time they says it's processing so they can't cancel. They need to have it better for the customer so they can make more money and be good for the customer if you can't cancel easily they're going to keep shopping other places like I have. Try to get things to be better be convenient for the customer if we need to cancel let us be able to cancel in the app we can do everything else in the app but you cannot cancel. So I go to Amazon make a order even better quality less price and cheaper to get it delivered I mean what should I do spend more money to buy it from JCPenney's or spend less to get it faster at Amazon wake up JCPenney's before you leave more places then you already have.

GBSuperstars of Feces They advertise they have 36 x 36 mens jeans but you go to buy them and all our “out of stock”. What a bunch horsedung superstars running JCP. What a joke they are nothing nothing ZERO compared to what they once were. It’s too bad they will fade away soon enough

GBIf JC Penny messes up the address on your online package, they don't care and won't fix it. I ordered a few clothes from JC Penny online, put in my correct delivery address and paid with PayPal. The items shipped to my PayPal address (which is old and not my current one and across the country from where I live). I contacted them as soon as I realized the mistake, and they refused to fix it and said UPS had to do it. I called UPS and they said JC Penny had to fix it. I called JC Penny customer service again and they kept saying the same thing, even though it was their fault, they refused to help in ANY way whatsoever. I've never had a company be so completely underhanded and dirty about something like this. They do not care about customers at all and their customer service reps are terrible human beings that don't care either. The whole company is a dumpster fire.
