Big rat at Austin location Big rat ran across the floor while the associate was answering a question for me. She seemed startled but not surprised. On the other hand, I wasn’t about to stay in the store, so I thanked her (from about 20 feet away after running!) and did not get a chance to finish shopping because I headed to my car! The employee was nice though. However, a comfortable shopping experience and big rats just don’t go together. It was big…like put-a-saddle-on-it kind of big LOL! Tech Ridge and IH35 location in Austin could use a pest control company!

Extremely Poor customer service The customer service I received tonight was so poor..first off hire Americans you cannot understand “Kenneth” from India. Second of all, I called with 32 mins of placing my order to update the shipping address. Of course I was on hold forever. “Kenneth” was continually repeating to me the 30 min rule. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor pretty sure it was the same guy. I can send you screen shots showing the 2 min difference. The automated machine was saying the order was created “Kenneth” was saying it was fulfilled. So seriously in the 2 mins window I can’t change an address which is all I wanted to do, or not cancel the actual order to replace it with the correct information. This is why no profit is being made and the stores and or company is struggling to stay open. No one wants to shop where customer isn’t being provided. I know that is why I don’t care to shop here. Just fyi before I called I tried to correct on my own, but nope that was not possible either. That would have been in my 30min window.

If JC Penny messes up the address on your online package, they don't care and won't fix it. I ordered a few clothes from JC Penny online, put in my correct delivery address and paid with PayPal. The items shipped to my PayPal address (which is old and not my current one and across the country from where I live). I contacted them as soon as I realized the mistake, and they refused to fix it and said UPS had to do it. I called UPS and they said JC Penny had to fix it. I called JC Penny customer service again and they kept saying the same thing, even though it was their fault, they refused to help in ANY way whatsoever. I've never had a company be so completely underhanded and dirty about something like this. They do not care about customers at all and their customer service reps are terrible human beings that don't care either. The whole company is a dumpster fire.

I don't have no JCPenney's here in Brownwood anymore you all closed it down we used to travel from Cisco to Brownwood and now I live in Brownwood and now the JCPenney's is a ridiculous store One thing about JCPenney's you can't go to the website or to your app and cancel an order. You have to call them and then most of the time they says it's processing so they can't cancel. They need to have it better for the customer so they can make more money and be good for the customer if you can't cancel easily they're going to keep shopping other places like I have. Try to get things to be better be convenient for the customer if we need to cancel let us be able to cancel in the app we can do everything else in the app but you cannot cancel. So I go to Amazon make a order even better quality less price and cheaper to get it delivered I mean what should I do spend more money to buy it from JCPenney's or spend less to get it faster at Amazon wake up JCPenney's before you leave more places then you already have.
