GBBig rat at Austin location Big rat ran across the floor while the associate was answering a question for me. She seemed startled but not surprised. On the other hand, I wasn’t about to stay in the store, so I thanked her (from about 20 feet away after running!) and did not get a chance to finish shopping because I headed to my car! The employee was nice though. However, a comfortable shopping experience and big rats just don’t go together. It was big…like put-a-saddle-on-it kind of big LOL! Tech Ridge and IH35 location in Austin could use a pest control company!

GBI not will buy anything else from JC Penny… I will buy anything else from JC Penny because for one I spended almost 300 dollars in the store did not get no points and then when I took what I bought back they told me it was over 60 days and it was not close to 60 days, and I had my recite, that did not matter. That why all of the JC Pennys are going under because they are rude and don't have no respect for their customers. I will not shop or step foot back in their store again.

GBPaulina at Countryside is awesome! Paulina at the Countryside mall location was extremely helpful. She stuck with me despite how particular I was in the fit of the jacket I was looking for and even helped clean the jacket I felt fit me best after noticing some markings from sitting on the bottom rack. I would highly recommend her for any men’s clothing needs!

GBI am a JP card holder, never ordering online I am a JP card holder. If you shop in store you will do better than ordering online. I ordered my grandson some things the order was broken into 4 separate orders. The pair of sneakers were two different sizes. A jacket never shipped. So, don't recommend ordering online on their site, go in person instead.

GBWorst credit card I've ever owned Worst credit card I've ever owned! Because I don't charge every month, they continue to lower my credit line so it looks like I've maxed my card out. This obviously reflects poorly on my credit report even though I make my payments every month and on time. After being a loyal customer for 5 years, they just let me close my account. Poor customer service and JCP doesn't care about their customers.
