GBI'm here at JCPENNEY I'm here at JCPENNEY. The customer service is extremely bad, one hundred times worse than Walmart. The registers are rude, low class, very ugly Behavior. There's one short with glasses that works here long time Shahita ( I believe is from Pakistan)something like that) she doesn't want to give me her name. Is very RUDE.

GBJCP doesn’t care I wrote a very disappointing review about jewelry return! There was a problem with a ring I purchased! Awful return polucy( they credit your charge and recharge while you watch them (while having to answer all personal information) order same product online)! Saleswoman was questioning if we did “something” to the stone in the ring, while scouring the return with her eye piece! As it was a wedding ring, saleslady never showed an ounce of empathy! JCP answers the review with “thank you for shopping we”are glad you got a refund and we are happy saleslady was helpful”!!! JCP doesn't care about reviews! That’s why JCP stores keep closing!! Too bad they don’t pay attention to customers!

GBMy husband bought me a 10 carrot gold… My husband bought me a 10 carrot gold rope necklace for my birthday in November. It started unraveling in January so I stopped wearing it. We went into the store last week and asked for a replacement and the lady behind the counter said that after two months they don’t do exchanges. No exchanges on a $650 necklace? I’ll never spend another dime at jcpenney’s.

GBI bought a bunch of clothes online from… I bought a bunch of clothes online from JcPenney. I washed them and one of the outfits all the colors bled into the other colors on the shirt. I was told by the customer service rep they will not return or refund for anything that has been washed, worn or a tag taken off. So if you by 5.00 shirt that bleeds after 1 wash or a $300 winter coat that seams comes apart the first time put on you are SOL, buyer beware

GBPoor online shopping experience Poor online shopping experience. Was charged with 2 orders that were not/still not posted online. They were, however charged to my credit card! I've contacted them twice as I cannot return the items as there is no record of them online. Really!
