I don't have no JCPenney's here in Brownwood anymore you all closed it down we used to travel from Cisco to Brownwood and now I live in Brownwood and now the JCPenney's is a ridiculous store One thing about JCPenney's you can't go to the website or to your app and cancel an order. You have to call them and then most of the time they says it's processing so they can't cancel. They need to have it better for the customer so they can make more money and be good for the customer if you can't cancel easily they're going to keep shopping other places like I have. Try to get things to be better be convenient for the customer if we need to cancel let us be able to cancel in the app we can do everything else in the app but you cannot cancel. So I go to Amazon make a order even better quality less price and cheaper to get it delivered I mean what should I do spend more money to buy it from JCPenney's or spend less to get it faster at Amazon wake up JCPenney's before you leave more places then you already have.

We went into the store last week and asked for a replacement and the lady behind the counter said that after two months they don’t do exchanges. No exchanges on a $650 necklace? I’ll never spend another dime at jcpenney’s.

Beware of price gauging Beware of price gauging. JCPenny will intentionally round up specs and then say they can't honor a price match guarantee because specs don't match. Meaning, if another vendor has 0.9" and JCP has 1", they'll consider this a mismatch. It's an intentional deceptive practice for them to mark up products 3x. I've had issues in the past with paying for things that were more expensive than other retailers. This is a known issue and for that I caution other shoppers to go elsewhere or shop at JCP with extreme caution.

I am a JP card holder, never ordering online I am a JP card holder. If you shop in store you will do better than ordering online. I ordered my grandson some things the order was broken into 4 separate orders. The pair of sneakers were two different sizes. A jacket never shipped. So, don't recommend ordering online on their site, go in person instead.
