Order Water Filters from someone more focus on customer satisfaction and standing behind their products. I ordered two water filters for my refrigerator mid January last year. I live in San Diego for the winter months only and went to install my second water filter and it leaked. One of the o-rings was compromised so I reached out to the company. They said your one year warranty has expired so we can't help. I would suggest staying away from this vendor. Its a product defect so why wouldn't they send me another one?? Because they don't care!

All of the negative reviews are spot… All of the negative reviews are spot on. I only wish I had read these before ordering. They only post positive reviews on their site. I attempted to cancel within minutes of ordering and they said item had shipped. According to USPS, at that time item had not been received for shipping. They refuse to cancel and say to return upon delivery. Based on other reviews, how can they be trusted to refund even upon return. Credit card charge came from company in Hong Kong. Save yourself the headache and do not give this company your business. Clatterans, dont bother asking for my order number since you dont plan on fixing this issue based on my numerous emails with your customer service robots.

I contacted Clatterans with a request that they honor the one year warranty and heard back from them in two-three days. I received the replacements quickly and the one we are using works fine. I am tough on businesses that misrepresent their products and waste my time (refer to my Anniecloth review) but due to Clatterans speedy and effective response, I will order from them again.

Buyer Beware! These folks are scammers! They send packages with fake tracking numbers, no details in tracking, do destination address, etc. They doe not email you when they ship with tracking details so as to alert you to be waiting for the package. They transfer blame on carrier. They use carriers who seem to transfer to other carriers, etc. so as to loose the package in translation. Again, no details in tracking, just a confirmation on delivery.Very fishy!
