All of the negative reviews are spot… All of the negative reviews are spot on. I only wish I had read these before ordering. They only post positive reviews on their site. I attempted to cancel within minutes of ordering and they said item had shipped. According to USPS, at that time item had not been received for shipping. They refuse to cancel and say to return upon delivery. Based on other reviews, how can they be trusted to refund even upon return. Credit card charge came from company in Hong Kong. Save yourself the headache and do not give this company your business. Clatterans, dont bother asking for my order number since you dont plan on fixing this issue based on my numerous emails with your customer service robots.

A "no exceptions" return policy is a… A "no exceptions" return policy is a terrible way to treat your customers. Due to extenuating circumstances I missed the return window. Now I am stuck with $60 worth of unopened filters that don't fit my fridge. I was actually told to put them on Craigslist by the customer service rep. You've lost my business and my recommendation.

THEN these clowns put my name on an auto order list-now I have to dispute through PayPal, as the customer service # NEVER gets answered and mailbox is always full-probably with complaints!!

Tried to scam me. Said so here. So then they shipped me my stuff. Ordered water filters in early April 2021. They charged but never arrived. Called them. They only repeated the same 3 lines over and over about tracking information being made available via email, which also never happened, and their site didn't recognize my account nor order. After altering to their scam here, they shipped me my order and it arrived in early May 2021. So I edited this entry and bumped them up from 1 star to 2.
