GBI ordered 10 days ago and still haven't… I ordered 10 days ago and still haven't received water filters. I've used their portal to send three requests for shipping info. No reply. No customer service number or actual email. I called my credit card and disputed the charge. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS INTERNET FRAUD. If its too good to be true........Horrible company and will never recommend. Even if I get them sometime in the future,I will refuse them as I don't trust the quality because if customer service is this poor, can you imagine the quality control in some horrible Chinese sweatshop. Beware!

GBOrder Water Filters from someone more focus on customer satisfaction and standing behind their products. I ordered two water filters for my refrigerator mid January last year. I live in San Diego for the winter months only and went to install my second water filter and it leaked. One of the o-rings was compromised so I reached out to the company. They said your one year warranty has expired so we can't help. I would suggest staying away from this vendor. Its a product defect so why wouldn't they send me another one?? Because they don't care!

GBfollow-up of complaint I ordered filters over a week ago, and never received tracking. When I tried to contact company, they said the had no record of my order I sent them order number and told them I paid by PayPal, and the said they found my order and would ship filters. So far no information on order and have tried calling and get voice mail, but no response. I am going to contact PayPal and request refund and file complaint

GBA "no exceptions" return policy is a… A "no exceptions" return policy is a terrible way to treat your customers. Due to extenuating circumstances I missed the return window. Now I am stuck with $60 worth of unopened filters that don't fit my fridge. I was actually told to put them on Craigslist by the customer service rep. You've lost my business and my recommendation.

GBBAD FILTERS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Filters do not line up with cap arrows. Once in, they run for a few minutes then sputter and stop. I tried 2 of the 3 and same problem. Called and they asked me to send video with maximum 500kb which is impossible. No video is that small. Their website contact info doesn't work. Won't send emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
