DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! / Lots of Complaints DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Nearly impossible to speak with a human being! Never received the product! After countless hours listening to an IVR over several days, the person spoken with also had no tracking information for what I purchased! Promised to get back to me and never did! Looks like the company is actually owned by “Golden Sea Services Limited” based in Hong Kong!

Should have read Trustpilot before buying Clatterans I bought a 3 pack of Clatterans water filters for my Whirlpool refrigerator so I would have one on hand every 6 months when it was time to change. One of the filters would not lock into the refrigerator properly. I asked for a refund or replacement. The response was that my item was past the 1-year warranty and past the 30 days for a free return. I'm shopping elsewhere.

Tried to scam me. Said so here. So then they shipped me my stuff. Ordered water filters in early April 2021. They charged but never arrived. Called them. They only repeated the same 3 lines over and over about tracking information being made available via email, which also never happened, and their site didn't recognize my account nor order. After altering to their scam here, they shipped me my order and it arrived in early May 2021. So I edited this entry and bumped them up from 1 star to 2.

Fraud FRAUD and FRAUD!!! Fraud FRAUD and FRAUD!!! I never placed an order, but some how I got on a subscription, I can't get my money back. They keep saying they have refunded my account, but it never shows. Paypal won't help because it's an unauthorized charge. BEWARE!!! Don't give them your name or email. They managed to charge my paypal.

We ordered three filters all of which… We ordered three filters all of which did not work properly. I contacted Clatterans with a request that they honor the one year warranty and heard back from them in two-three days. I received the replacements quickly and the one we are using works fine. I am tough on businesses that misrepresent their products and waste my time (refer to my Anniecloth review) but due to Clatterans speedy and effective response, I will order from them again.
