GBDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! / Lots of Complaints DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Nearly impossible to speak with a human being! Never received the product! After countless hours listening to an IVR over several days, the person spoken with also had no tracking information for what I purchased! Promised to get back to me and never did! Looks like the company is actually owned by “Golden Sea Services Limited” based in Hong Kong!

GBShould have read Trustpilot before buying Clatterans I bought a 3 pack of Clatterans water filters for my Whirlpool refrigerator so I would have one on hand every 6 months when it was time to change. One of the filters would not lock into the refrigerator properly. I asked for a refund or replacement. The response was that my item was past the 1-year warranty and past the 30 days for a free return. I'm shopping elsewhere.

GBfollow-up of complaint I ordered filters over a week ago, and never received tracking. When I tried to contact company, they said the had no record of my order I sent them order number and told them I paid by PayPal, and the said they found my order and would ship filters. So far no information on order and have tried calling and get voice mail, but no response. I am going to contact PayPal and request refund and file complaint

GBI bought 4 water filters I bought 4 water filters, CL-RF27. 2 were used within a few months and worked for a reasonable life time. I replaced s spent filter with the 3rd one and it failed immediately upon installation. By failed I mean it would not allow water to pass through it. I could not use the water or make ice in my refrigerator. I installed the 4th one. It worked for a month and then failed meaning it would not allow water to pass through the refrigerator. The filter light showed that the filter was still good. The company just told me they only allow a 1 year warranty it send back in 30 days after purchase. Evidently these filters fall apart just sitting on a shelf. Clattran has no interest in customer service.

GBPoor Service and no product. I ordered filters from this company on 4/30. I still have not received them. I called twice and each time was told my order would ship the following day. Still no filters. I have filled a complaint with PayPal seeking a refund and would not recommend this company at all. It seems like a scam. I am going to notify my credit card company and the state attorney generals office if I don't get resolution very soon.
