When I told him I thought his prices were high, he responded, “well, then go by cheap cabinets” and he proceeded to hang up on me. Unacceptable manner in which to treat a prospective client. Extremely poor and rude customer service.

GBWe order our cabinets April 2017 We order our cabinets April 2017, we were told cabinets would arrived June 2017. Its now October 2017 and we are missing parts!!! The "customer service reps" don't even bother to call to let us know whats going on, we have to call them and that's when we find out our missing parts are yet once more delayed. We have been given 9 different dates! NINE! Will NEVER buy from this company again or refer anyone. They are quick to take thousands of dollars from you and after you paid, they completely don't care about you as a customer. Save yourself all of the aggravation and headaches and DO NOT buy from this unprofessional, unethical company.

GBThis company is horrendous This company is horrendous! ONE single cabinet ordered 10/27/19 and I still don't have it. Seven phone calls and all I get is "two more weeks" every time. Charged my credit card same day as sale so I am paying interest on something I don't even have. Do not buy from any location of this company unless you are prepared to call repeatedly over several months. Their Customer Care Department couldn't care less about you as a customer or consumer. No one returns phone calls and no one has any information.

GBNo cabinets I placed an order for cabinets on September 26 and was told I would have them in two to three weeks. Six weeks later and I still don't have them. I am at the point where I am ready to cancel my whole order. My kitchen is torn apart with just four walls, no sink, no dish washer, no refrigerator no nothing because we do not have our cabinets. WE NEED THE CABNETS in order to have counter tops installed. I am really tired of being put off and stalled. I wish someone would have pre warned me about delivery delays.

GBNEVER USE THEM NEVER USE THEM! The only reason solid wood cabinet company gets 1 star is because that is what you have to pick to get a review. Salesman DO NOT TELL YOU THE TRUTH ABOUT BACK ODERS! It is an extremely painful process. You do not get your cabinets fully assembled. Doors and Drawer faces are on back orders for months! We ordered in March, delivered pieces incomplete, even reversed cabinets in April. Now June and still waiting on doors and drawer faces!
