GBRun! Run!! GO elsewhere! Order cabinets April 2017 took till June till we had all the parts. Stupid me went back and bought island Nov 2017, it is 1/24/2018 and we only have 1/2 the order!!!!! :( Call and NO One calls back! Terrible, terrible service, company should be reported to BBB

When I told him I thought his prices were high, he responded, “well, then go by cheap cabinets” and he proceeded to hang up on me. Unacceptable manner in which to treat a prospective client. Extremely poor and rude customer service.

GBWas told that my cabinets would come… Was told that my cabinets would come with both solid wood and the glass that I paid extra to get. Not true. Cabinets are not “Factory Direct” in my opinion. I wanted American products sourced and built locally. These cabinets were made in China. Only the doors are solid wood. The cabinets themselves are a good laminate.

GB+9 months to receive cabinets. Ordered cabinets in early March (2019). It is now September 20, 2019, and I still have not received all the cabinets. This was for a rental and I was unable to get full rent for the unit because the kitchen only had 1/2 of the cabinets. I have had to call multiple times and the customer service is beyond dishonest and terrible. Stay far away.

GBStarted out fine but ended up the worst… Started out fine but ended up the worst experience... Started by ordering the good cabinets, were happy to pay double the next competitor, should have gone with the cheaper. Cabinets are supposed to be glued and screwed, we took the lazy susan apart to get it in the door, not a drop of glue, Tricorner cabinet not glued, ordered crown molding 3 months no calls to let us no they were discontinued, had to order different molding, then ordered pull out drawers that keep getting back ordered. Stay away from this company.
