GBI’m sorry I did business with Solid… I’m sorry I did business with Solid Wood Cabinets! The only good part of the experience was working with their designer. After that it has been all down hill. There were issues with every wall cabinet. The interiors of the cabinets did not match. Some had a light interior others were darker. The holes for the shelf pins were different sizes some small some large and the supplied pins weren’t always the right ones. The inside of two cabinets had delaminated areas on the back panel. One small cabinet was missing holes for shelf pins on one side! Worst part is they wouldn’t make good on all the damaged items because I installed the cabinets. They expect the buyer of their cabinets to be better qualified than their own Quality Assurance people. If you don’t spot the issues before installation you’re screwed because they won’t send replacements for installed cabinets. I would like to see a class action suit started against these crooks.

GBBetter shop somewhere else! The sales lady gave us the name of a company to install. They no showed us and we lost time from work. They did not return phone calls. The sales lady wanted nothing to do with us after she made her money. The cabinets came with several defects, and the installer we hired stated the defects were repaired with the kit they give out to customers! Just ridiculous. We have made sure no one we know goes to this business. Customer service horrendous and product quality mediocre.

GBGreat Job, Great Salesman, Great Customer Support, When I first saw the billboard for Solid Wood Cabinets I was a bit skeptical. However, after working with our salesman, Mike Schreoder I can honestly say that I am totally satisfied.He worked closely with my contractor to ensure a proper install. We did have some minor issues with two components which were taken care of by Francesca at customer service who shipped out the two pieces very quickly and without question. Great Job Everyone!!!! GBIncomplete shipment TWICE!!!! Incomplete shipment TWICE!!!! Twice now they have sent me an incomplete order. Each time they left out the refrigerator side panel and without that I can't get a template for my granite. I still have to wait for it and It's pushed back by kitchen remodel at LEAST 14 days. Maybe more. And their customer service sucks. No help at all.They tell you what you want to hear and then they don't deliver (obviously). I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemies. Solid Wood Cabinets is a horrid company.

GBThis experience started out ok...Five months later, not so much... This experience started out ok. Ordered cabinets in February, received them in April... one set of doors was on back order. After repeatedly calling and emailing them about the backorder, they decided to stain the doors in their shop instead of giving us some from the factory as they had no idea how much longer we'd be waiting. Almost 3 mos after the cabinets arrived, got the set of doors that were done "in house". They were horrible quality. The stain did not match our existing cabinets and the detail work looked like it was done by a 5 year old with a Sharpie! (No idea how they made it out of "Quality Control". Were told July 1st that a shipment from factory was coming mid-July and they'd send us doors from that. Mid-July came and we were told the shipment was delayed in customs. Now end of July we're back to square one with no answer on when we can expect the set of doors.
