It's a scam! Water Cooler arrived, however there should have been 2 x 10 ltr bottles of water included. There were none. I've been trying to contact them. Their emails get bounced back. There appears to be a mobile voicemail service on their official 0800 line. I've sent 3 messages via their support contact page and had no response at all. So basically it looks like a scam. Avoid at all costs.

One of the worst experiences of my… One of the worst experiences of my life. Took talking to 7, hell!, maybe 8!, people before this issue was resolved. The first person I spoke to transferred me to a recording that asked for details on my auto accident. All I wanted was an invoice about WATER!!!! 6 people told me I owed money when 2 weeks ago I was assured my account was paid in full. Absolutely maddening and I will never order water from this company again. AWFUL experience. HORRENDOUS!!!

Horrible Company Horrible Company. Customer service is useless. they deliver bottles you don't ask for and then refuse to call you back. Due to non payment because they will not return my call they assessed a 10.00 a month late fee which is outrageous. I highly recommend to avoid this company like the plague.

The absolute worst!!! The absolute worst!!!! I never leave reviews but must here. Do not deliver or pick up empties on dates they say they will, and when you call, they just string you along and do nothing. Caused huge fights with my building and my husband. Finally cancelling! I cannot stress enough how much stress this company has caused me. Don’t do it!

Called to have a water bottle replaced… Called to have a water bottle replaced because it was leaking. They charged me $14 for delivery. I have 1-2 bottles leaking every time. The customer service agent Brandy argued with me saying that since I requested a replacement I would be charged a delivery fee. Guys, this is the customer service you get with this company. Stay away.
