GBCalled to have a water bottle replaced… Called to have a water bottle replaced because it was leaking. They charged me $14 for delivery. I have 1-2 bottles leaking every time. The customer service agent Brandy argued with me saying that since I requested a replacement I would be charged a delivery fee. Guys, this is the customer service you get with this company. Stay away.

GBLITERALLY THE WORST MOST DISHONEST… LITERALLY THE WORST MOST DISHONEST COMPANY EVER. CALLED TO CANCEL THE SERVICE AND SCHEDULED TWO DIFFERENT PICKUPS. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP FOR EITHER AND CONTINUED CHARGING ME FOR MONTHS AFTER. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

GBThe absolute worst!!! The absolute worst!!!! I never leave reviews but must here. Do not deliver or pick up empties on dates they say they will, and when you call, they just string you along and do nothing. Caused huge fights with my building and my husband. Finally cancelling! I cannot stress enough how much stress this company has caused me. Don’t do it!

GBDO NOT USE PRIMO WATER "***** DO NOT USE PRIMO WATER***** Its like a fraudulent company!!! Long story short, they attempt to charge you in any way possible!!! Customer service is absolutely not helpful; of course, they don't even apologize after noticing the mistake.
