GBThe instructions could be more… The instructions could be more detailed. Being a retired aerospace engineer I could generally figure things out. I spent time untangling the light netting. When I pack the tree for storage, I plan to get a sheet of plastic to roll the netting up in to prevent tangling. I am hoping you develop a star for the top of the tree to replace the ball.

GBOur tree came quickly and my husband… Our tree came quickly and my husband and were able to install it pretty easily. It may have taken a younger person quicker to set up as we are both over 60, but out tree is up and it is breathtaking. Want another one but fairly bell does not make a tree smaller than 13 feet in the multicolor, perhaps next year?

GBI am very happy with the service I am very happy with the service I received dealing with a broken wire. I requested some suggestions as to how I could repair the wire. I received some instructions to test the wire first. After I replied that that did not solve the problem I was given instructions on how to receive a replacement panel, free of charge. I could not expect any better service.

GBMaybe better luck next time. Placed my order, it indicated my order was placed. Fairybell kept sending me emails that I had not paid. I kept following their instructions “icon in upper right hand corner and enter invoice number”. I tried multiple times from phone and desktop, there was no icon. Tried going to payment page without success. Emailed customer service, no response. Called and no one ever answered.

GBPoor quality Poor quality - customer service offered very little to help. Basically they would replace broken parts but not willing to offer any kind of compensation or incentive for all the trouble. I am Concerned other things will break. Wiring harness was defective out of the box and the snaps on webbing popped off webbing already. Poor craftsmanship considering high purchase price.
