BEAUTIFUL FLAGPOLE TREE We researched our options and purchased a 20ft multicolored flagpole tree for our community Christmas tree for this company. It is absolutely beautiful. The tree has an abundance of lights in a nicely patterned display. It arrived quickly once ordered and was very easy to set up. We have received numerous compliments on it. We wish it had some sort of topper (a Star maybe), but that is our only complaint. We would definitely purchase this again.

Maybe better luck next time. Placed my order, it indicated my order was placed. Fairybell kept sending me emails that I had not paid. I kept following their instructions “icon in upper right hand corner and enter invoice number”. I tried multiple times from phone and desktop, there was no icon. Tried going to payment page without success. Emailed customer service, no response. Called and no one ever answered.

Best Christmas decoration we own! Website was easy to navigate & order. Product arrived quickly. We were replacing an older flagpole tree. Love the new design!! Much easier to put up. We like that a single strand of lights is contained between only two straps - for earlier versions a strand of lights was attached to multiple straps - there was much greater potential to tangle - excellent design improvement! Love the multicolor light option too - tree is beautiful! Receiving lots of compliments from the neighbors.

Awesome I love my trees it’s sure a… Awesome I love my trees it’s sure a blessing to myself as well as my family. 2nd year of the fairy belle trees I added the door tree and it is breathtaking I’ve had so much compliments. Lots of compliments Lots of compliments, not as simple to set up though due to tangling issues but not too bad after figuring out how it’s attached. I used my own flag pole, maybe next year I’ll order the fairybell flag pole to see if it makes it an easier installation.
