Amazing outdoor Christmas trees I first saw these fairybell outdoor Christmas trees at my next door neighbors … fell in love with them & ordered them immediately…. They arrived within 4 days … easy assembly & they look amazing in my yard too !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hello Hello, I really do not like to give a negative response. We received our order in a timely manner, but when I was trying to get an information on a flagpole or return there was no response via phone or email. I called to find out about a flagpole or return … someone took a message, but there was no response. I am a previous customer and was hoping for better customer care. Sincerely, Jo F.

Purchased after Christmas season Purchased after Christmas season. Will not be opening until next fall. Yet keep getting asked to evaluate product. Shipping was not prompt. Tracking not accurate. Other than that, I do not know what to expect. Rolling the dice hoping it was a good purchase.

BEAUTIFUL FLAGPOLE TREE We researched our options and purchased a 20ft multicolored flagpole tree for our community Christmas tree for this company. It is absolutely beautiful. The tree has an abundance of lights in a nicely patterned display. It arrived quickly once ordered and was very easy to set up. We have received numerous compliments on it. We wish it had some sort of topper (a Star maybe), but that is our only complaint. We would definitely purchase this again.

Great product,but- Great product, but lacking on instruction. I’ve always used detail instruction booklets to aviod using online instructions. 1-No detailed booklet. 2-You advertise outdoor use, then warn of affects from moisture exposure. Create waterproof connectors. 3-Can’t replace single bulbs? That’s Okay. You have modular replacement parts. A photo pamphlet of parts ,cost, and other methods of purchasing besides online, would be nice. People like to see choices, different accessories. Do you have your own flagpoles ( 20’-30’ ) for sale?
