We purchased the 33 ft We purchased the 33 ft. Flagpole Christmas Tree with 4000 lights 3 years ago and it has become the highlight of the season for our neighborhood. Our friends and neighbors start calling the day after Thanksgiving volunteering to help raise the tree. Beautiful!

Hello Hello, I really do not like to give a negative response. We received our order in a timely manner, but when I was trying to get an information on a flagpole or return there was no response via phone or email. I called to find out about a flagpole or return … someone took a message, but there was no response. I am a previous customer and was hoping for better customer care. Sincerely, Jo F.

Poor quality Poor quality - customer service offered very little to help. Basically they would replace broken parts but not willing to offer any kind of compensation or incentive for all the trouble. I am Concerned other things will break. Wiring harness was defective out of the box and the snaps on webbing popped off webbing already. Poor craftsmanship considering high purchase price.

Best Tree ever! The website was very easy to navigate and ordering was straightforward. Everything arrived super fast and we were kept informed every step of the way. Set up was quick! The tree looks beautiful and we have had many compliments from the neighbors. Excellent experience Woohoo!!!:)

Deer vs flagpole Christmas tree A whitetail buck apparently in rut got tangled up in the transformer junction cables to our flagpole Christmas tree and completely destroyed it, but did no damage to the tree itself. We have enjoyed the tree for slightly over three years, and after notifying Fairybell they sent me a new cable system at no costs and even paid the shipping! In today’s world it’s very hard to find a company that stands by its customers the way that Fairybell does!
