We received our order in a timely manner, but when I was trying to get an information on a flagpole or return there was no response via phone or email. I called to find out about a flagpole or return … someone took a message, but there was no response. I am a previous customer and was hoping for better customer care. Sincerely, Jo F.

Purchased after Christmas season Purchased after Christmas season. Will not be opening until next fall. Yet keep getting asked to evaluate product. Shipping was not prompt. Tracking not accurate. Other than that, I do not know what to expect. Rolling the dice hoping it was a good purchase.

Lots of compliments Lots of compliments, not as simple to set up though due to tangling issues but not too bad after figuring out how it’s attached. I used my own flag pole, maybe next year I’ll order the fairybell flag pole to see if it makes it an easier installation.

Best Tree ever! The website was very easy to navigate and ordering was straightforward. Everything arrived super fast and we were kept informed every step of the way. Set up was quick! The tree looks beautiful and we have had many compliments from the neighbors. Excellent experience Woohoo!!!:)

I was having trouble with one of my trees blinking on and off I was having trouble with one of my trees. I called, explained what was happening and the customer service rep sent me two possible reasons/solutions of what was causing my one tree to blink on and off. Couldn’t believe I found the problem, ordered the part simply because a company had everything on hand to help a customer out. Fantastic!
