GBWe and our neighborhood loved our love our tree… We and our neighborhood loved our Christmas tree. The only change I would make is that the lights can be changed between colored and just white. We left our tree up till the end of Feb and I would of loved the lights to be only white.

GBComplete 8’ tree package & attractive 8’ tree package was complete; easy setup. While I understand the reasoning for a hollow “ground stake” (nests inside other “tree trunk” stakes & lighter weight), a solid ground stake would be much better-over time, the top will mushroom & be harder to extract from the ground. Very attractive at night!

GBHello Hello, I really do not like to give a negative response. We received our order in a timely manner, but when I was trying to get an information on a flagpole or return there was no response via phone or email. I called to find out about a flagpole or return … someone took a message, but there was no response. I am a previous customer and was hoping for better customer care. Sincerely, Jo F.

GBMaybe better luck next time. Placed my order, it indicated my order was placed. Fairybell kept sending me emails that I had not paid. I kept following their instructions “icon in upper right hand corner and enter invoice number”. I tried multiple times from phone and desktop, there was no icon. Tried going to payment page without success. Emailed customer service, no response. Called and no one ever answered.
