We and our neighborhood loved our love our tree… We and our neighborhood loved our Christmas tree. The only change I would make is that the lights can be changed between colored and just white. We left our tree up till the end of Feb and I would of loved the lights to be only white.

Incredibly beautiful & amazing product! Wowza what an incredibly beautiful and amazing product! We’re amazed at how easy the process is to setup the tree. Yes, we first read instructions, watched the video & read reviews from other customers before attempting anything! We encourage you to do the same…trust instructions given on Fairybell’s website. Do not unpack, untie or snap/unsnap anything until instructions call for that step otherwise it can be a nightmare if you accidentally tangle up the wires!

Complete 8’ tree package & attractive 8’ tree package was complete; easy setup. While I understand the reasoning for a hollow “ground stake” (nests inside other “tree trunk” stakes & lighter weight), a solid ground stake would be much better-over time, the top will mushroom & be harder to extract from the ground. Very attractive at night!

We purchased the 33 ft We purchased the 33 ft. Flagpole Christmas Tree with 4000 lights 3 years ago and it has become the highlight of the season for our neighborhood. Our friends and neighbors start calling the day after Thanksgiving volunteering to help raise the tree. Beautiful!

Maybe better luck next time. Placed my order, it indicated my order was placed. Fairybell kept sending me emails that I had not paid. I kept following their instructions “icon in upper right hand corner and enter invoice number”. I tried multiple times from phone and desktop, there was no icon. Tried going to payment page without success. Emailed customer service, no response. Called and no one ever answered.
