We purchased the 33 ft We purchased the 33 ft. Flagpole Christmas Tree with 4000 lights 3 years ago and it has become the highlight of the season for our neighborhood. Our friends and neighbors start calling the day after Thanksgiving volunteering to help raise the tree. Beautiful!

Deer vs flagpole Christmas tree A whitetail buck apparently in rut got tangled up in the transformer junction cables to our flagpole Christmas tree and completely destroyed it, but did no damage to the tree itself. We have enjoyed the tree for slightly over three years, and after notifying Fairybell they sent me a new cable system at no costs and even paid the shipping! In today’s world it’s very hard to find a company that stands by its customers the way that Fairybell does!

Lots of compliments Lots of compliments, not as simple to set up though due to tangling issues but not too bad after figuring out how it’s attached. I used my own flag pole, maybe next year I’ll order the fairybell flag pole to see if it makes it an easier installation.

Best Tree ever! The website was very easy to navigate and ordering was straightforward. Everything arrived super fast and we were kept informed every step of the way. Set up was quick! The tree looks beautiful and we have had many compliments from the neighbors. Excellent experience Woohoo!!!:)

Great product,but- Great product, but lacking on instruction. I’ve always used detail instruction booklets to aviod using online instructions. 1-No detailed booklet. 2-You advertise outdoor use, then warn of affects from moisture exposure. Create waterproof connectors. 3-Can’t replace single bulbs? That’s Okay. You have modular replacement parts. A photo pamphlet of parts ,cost, and other methods of purchasing besides online,would be nice. People like to see choices, different accessories. Do you have your own flagpoles ( 20’-30’ ) for sale?
