I am very happy with the service I am very happy with the service I received dealing with a broken wire. I requested some suggestions as to how I could repair the wire. I received some instructions to test the wire first. After I replied that that did not solve the problem I was given instructions on how to receive a replacement panel, free of charge. I could not expect any better service.

We received our order in a timely manner, but when I was trying to get an information on a flagpole or return there was no response via phone or email. We purchased the 33 ft We purchased the 33 ft. Flagpole Christmas Tree with 4000 lights 3 years ago and it has become the highlight of the season for our neighborhood. Our friends and neighbors start calling the day after Thanksgiving volunteering to help raise the tree. Beautiful!

Our tree came quickly and my husband… Our tree came quickly and my husband and were able to install it pretty easily. It may have taken a younger person quicker to set up as we are both over 60, but out tree is up and it is breathtaking. Want another one but fairly bell does not make a tree smaller than 13 feet in the multicolor, perhaps next year?
