We had an issue with the fireplace that was already in our home, which was none of their doing. They handled everything for us and had a new fireplace installed a week later. GBThe perfect guys for a tricky job We have a tricky dryer vent exit on a high steep-pitched part of the roof, with a small entry from the garage into an attic space. The crew figured it out and went above and beyond doing acrobatics to get into the space and take care of our project. This was the third company we had out to look at this cleaning project, and the first one who actually was able to do it for us. Thanks so much!

GBTechnician was great— on time Technician was great— on time, worked hard, checked measurements several times as we were told years ago we needed$900 worth of changes as wrong size things had been installed. Very pleased and he left the house clean and fireplace able to be used.

GBMediocre product & service our fireplace insert has been nothing but problems since we bought it 2-yrs ago. Service was to be here last Friday but never showed. I was called Saturday to reschedule for next Thursday. I have paid for 2 service calls this time & it still won’t light.
