Wallpaper lost in the post I bought some beautiful wallpaper which had a long led time and was then lost in the post. The Cushion Shop were very easy to deal with, they answered all my emails and investigated from their side. Very soon after, they sent two new rolls to me by express delivery. I would definitely use again.

Good shopping experience Good shopping experience, bad delivery Shopping wise all great! Product as advertised, easy to contact and follow up. Product delivery by UPS. On promised day did not deliver, address was correctly given (as confirmed prior directly with UPS service center) yet somehow driver tried to deliver to another address. Then could not deliver next day either. Would have to wait until next day (by now 2 days late). Had to spend more money to arrange my own pickup from their depot.
