I received an tax import invoice to pay (I didint pay attention to the fact that I would pay it extra). I decided to return my purchase and had to prepare the declaration papers and pay 50 euros from CHF to Poland. They don’t even send you the papers inside the box to help you. Very bad experience. They should not sell to other countries if they cannot provide a decent service and support.

Great pillow and service, slow delivery The pillow is great and exactly what I was expecting. The customer service was quickly replying to all my emails but it took about 3 weeks (if not slightly longer) to get the pillow.

Wallpaper lost in the post I bought some beautiful wallpaper which had a long led time and was then lost in the post. The Cushion Shop were very easy to deal with, they answered all my emails and investigated from their side. Very soon after, they sent two new rolls to me by express delivery. I would definitely use again.
