GBExtremely professional with excellent… Extremely professional with excellent communication. There was a very long shipping delay on one of the items ordered. Getting a refund for the delayed item was difficult given the exchange rate. However, The Cushion Shop allowed for a shop credit to account for the change in the dollar-to-Euro exchange rate and all was well. Shipping was fast & packaging was beautiful.

GBI am very pleased with my purchases… I am very pleased with my purchases from the Cushion Shop! At first, I was not sure about dealing with a company that was totally online for me and based in the Netherlands so I could not just go to their store and check out everything in person. AUMissoni Home Towels Purchased Missoni Home towels.They advise upfront that out-of-stock items may take some time to arrive, and indeed that was the case, around 10 weeks, however they were much cheaper than anywhere else and perfectly genuine.
