Great missoni products and customer service Made a purchase of missoni home cushions and towels and great products and price compared to other shops online. I did all my research and emailed them with some questions about the product before placing the order- really prompt reply. Product was shipped soon after the order was placed. Extremely professional with excellent… Extremely professional with excellent communication. There was a very long shipping delay on one of the items ordered. Getting a refund for the delayed item was difficult given the exchange rate. However, The Cushion Shop allowed for a shop credit to account for the change in the dollar-to-Euro exchange rate and all was well. Shipping was fast & packaging was beautiful.

However, the Cushion shop stood out because they had the best price by far and great reviews. I was a little hesitant ordering from a company out of the US, but went ahead with the order anyway. It was a wonderful experience and the products arrived in great condition and in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

On promised day did not deliver, address was correctly given (as confirmed prior directly with UPS service center) yet somehow driver tried to deliver to another address. Then could not deliver next day either. Would have to wait until next day (by now 2 days late). Had to spend more money to arrange my own pickup from their depot.
