CHMy cushions took 3 months to arrive… My cushions took 3 months to arrive without any communication. I received an tax import invoice to pay (I didint pay attention to the fact that I would pay it extra). I decided to return my purchase and had to prepare the declaration papers and pay 50 euros from CHF to Poland. They don’t even send you the papers inside the box to help you. Very bad experience. They should not sell to other countries if they cannot provide a decent service and support.

GBGreat pillow and service, slow delivery The pillow is great and exactly what I was expecting. The customer service was quickly replying to all my emails but it took about 3 weeks (if not slightly longer) to get the pillow.

GBExcellent service Superb communication - an email responding to the note on my order. This was important as I'm based in the UK and didn't want the hassle of returning the item (even though I could). Emailed when the product was dispatched. Upfront about taxes to be paid on entering the UK. Product was well packaged and just what I was looking for! Thank you :o)

GBI'm in the US and ordered several… I'm in the US and ordered several items. When there was an issue with one of them, I was contacted right away and it was resolved within a day. The order was shipped right after that and received within about 10 days. Excellent experience overall, wouldn't hesitate to order again.
