Damien and Igor who handled the sale were extremely professional and efficient, getting in touch with the building management, keeping me and my MIL up to date with any developments, scheduling the delivery and disposal of the old broken futon in one fell swoop.

After selecting a frame, mattress, and cover, we arranged for delivery the following week. It was delivered as expected and now I have this amazing comfortable futon!

Great customer service We live in a rural area and must often order items through the internet. Then we cross our fingers, hoping our order will arrive undamaged in a timely manner. Disappointment is frequent. But not only did our deliveries from you arrive in splendid shape, the guys carried it up the long flight of steps with smiles on their faces. I wish Metropolitan could deliver everything to us. In the time between order and delivery, you guys kept in frequent touch--Patrick most recently but several others as well--assuring me my purchase was moving along as expected. And then you asked if I'd like to have an earlier delivery...wow. You put the lie to "businesses care about cash, not customers" trope. Thank you!

We were a bit skeptical about this… We were a bit skeptical about this website .. after we placed our order they called to verify our identity. That seemed strange because we’ve never had that happen when shopping online. We Received our order on time and the white glove delivery was seamless! Leaving this review for anyone who may be hesitant. We had zero issues!
