He wasn't too flexible with my work schedule...or maybe he misunderstood, but it was a long phone to schedule and I was feeling frustrated. It eventually worked out.

That seemed strange because we’ve never had that happen when shopping online. We Received our order on time and the white glove delivery was seamless!
