Clearance frame with a surprise I got a clearance model queen futon frame with the cotton and wool mattress. I love love sleeping in it and it’s comfortable for sitting. Switching between bed and couch is a bit difficult but if you’re strong that’s no issue if done right. The issues I had were the directions. They need to be rewritten because it was so confusing. We had to pull up the instructions from another futon to figure it out. Other than that I’m blown away.

We were a bit skeptical about this… We were a bit skeptical about this website .. after we placed our order they called to verify our identity. That seemed strange because we’ve never had that happen when shopping online. We Received our order on time and the white glove delivery was seamless! Leaving this review for anyone who may be hesitant. We had zero issues!

Overall wonderful Overall wonderful! I placed my order and they reached out to me the same day to explain the order and delivery process, and to make sure all the details of my order were correct. Product came as described and is wonderfully comfortable.

Great customer service I brought a sofa futon and it is the best choice I made. It is firm and comfy. The sale rep I forgot his name. The older gentleman was very polite and helpful. He is knowledgeable about his inventory and help us compare futons and mattresses. When I needed time to think he gave me n my partner time to think it over. He didn't try to push a product on us. We felt very comfortable with our choice.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. They arrived on time, got right to work, and were very professional.
