After selecting a frame, mattress, and cover, we arranged for delivery the following week. It was delivered as expected and now I have this amazing comfortable futon!

Great customer service I brought a sofa futon and it is the best choice I made. It is firm and comfy. The sale rep I forgot his name. The older gentleman was very polite and helpful. He is knowledgeable about his inventory and help us compare futons and mattresses. When I needed time to think he gave me n my partner time to think it over. He didn't try to push a product on us. We felt very comfortable with our choice.
