Not good Not good, the delivery folks didn’t deliver my bed until the following Monday and I had to pay an extra $171.00. The delivery people never left a card indicating that they came to my home. Patrick, the salesman was rude and unprofessional. The delivery person chipped off a piece of wood on my bed. I will never ever order anything else from Futonland or advise my family or friends to purchase anything from them.

Bed Frame Delivery The Company was good about confirming the order and contacting me about delivery with one exception - I wasn't called 30 minutes before the truck arrived. The driver did call on arrival and was very courteous and quick. I purchased a Night and Day spices bed frame, and it is very good. The product assembly was more complicated than I anticipated and took me and a neighbor about 3-4 hours to get done, but that wasn't under Futonland's control. Just a heads up for folks

Found the perfect futon, no hassle Abdul was very helpful to explain the differences in options and help me find the perfect futon for my apartment. After selecting a frame, mattress, and cover, we arranged for delivery the following week. It was delivered as expected and now I have this amazing comfortable futon!

Damien answered all my questions Damien answered all my questions. My futon was set up where I asked and there was no mess left. Only issue I had was the scheduling of my delivery with Igor. He wasn't too flexible with my work schedule...or maybe he misunderstood, but it was a long phone to schedule and I was feeling frustrated. It eventually worked out.

Excellent Inventory! Futonland had great inventory, experienced and knowledgeable salesperson and quick turnaround time for delivery. The delivery guys were very efficient and set up my sofa/daybed in a relatively short time. Everyone from Futonland was helpful and respectful. I would definitely recommend this place!
