Unfortunately delivery service didn’t work as great as they should and I had small crack at my new chess deck . Twice as Nice! My former daughter in law purchased a set for my son who is an avid chess fan. Almost immediately, my 3 yr old grandson dropped 4 of the chess pieces breaking them. When I learned about what had happened I decided to try and find replacement pieces on line. I decided the smartest thing to do was contact RadicalN directly and explain the situation. Customer Service responded within 24 hours asking for photos of the broken pieces, which I offered to purchase replacements for. After some communication to confirm what was needed, I received a package containing the replacement pieces needed as well as a few extra pieces for back up! All were sent without any additional charge. I am so grateful! I repackaged the complete set and presented it to my son a second time for Father's Day!
