Replacement pieces We got my dad a chess set for Christmas and it was absolutely stunning. One of the knights broke and when I reached out to Radicaln’s customer service I was greeted with kindness and the happily replaced the part at no charge. And not only did they replace the one part they sent 4 new pieces in case another one broke. They were easy to work with and we received our replacement pieces quickly too!
