Ordered a chess set Ordered a chess set . The quality of product is very high , item arrived nicely, securely packed . Unfortunately delivery service didn’t work as great as they should and I had small crack at my new chess deck . Guys immediately respond and sent me new desk , so now I’m enjoying my new set and it also works great as part of interior . Great quality , great service , highly recommended!

Several years after purchasing 2 of their sets, one of the chess pieces fell down while moving it around and broke. Radicln sent a new replacement piece for free without hesitation so I can still enjoy this beautiful chess set both as a decorative ornament and a practical game set for years to come. thank you
