Replacement pieces We got my dad a chess set for Christmas and it was absolutely stunning. One of the knights broke and when I reached out to Radicaln’s customer service I was greeted with kindness and the happily replaced the part at no charge. And not only did they replace the one part they sent 4 new pieces in case another one broke. They were easy to work with and we received our replacement pieces quickly too!

Marble paper towel… The brown and black marble paper towel holder is absolutely beautiful! I received so quickly, just amazed. However, the item was damaged in shipping and I contacted the company via email. They replied to me so quickly and sent out a replacement within the same day! The replacement arrived super fast, and I am so pleased with this gorgeous marble piece!! Thank you Radicaln for a great product and great service!
